I got the modem bc of the colors, red and black. I sure regret it. Expensive to use, they charge so much extra for any overage of data use. Tonight I called, and as usual, got disconnected only once this time. They sent me a bill for non-payment, and I had overpaid by $ 100! I don’t know why they need to know my last four digits of my social security number… isn’t that private and personal information? Anyway, I can’t wait until January to get out of that darn contract. Never again will I buy such items based on my favorite colors!

Worst customer service ever. Been waiting for an hour to get help along with 5 other people in front of me, while the sales rep are just standing around mingling with each other.

I came here trying to avoid calling customer support. Well, i got directed there anyways. Huge inconvenience and no reassurance that my bill will be auto drafted correctly. However customer service was on par and friendly. I saw a manager scold an employee in front of me too. That was unprofessional on his part. Besides that its a one star place that I still had to jump through hoops to get this solved.
