Philippine Cuisine, Formerly Sinugba House(the sign still says Sinugba). We came to check out the buffet, it was more of a turo turo(point point) joint, but they offer buffet on Sundays. We were about to leave when my wife spotted a couple eating Halo-Halo, a wonderful mix of shaved ice with ice cream, shredded melon, coconut, sweet beans, ube, condensed milk and several other yummy sweets. It was huge and the price was great… I will make the 2 hour drive just for this dessert, it is fantastic. I recommend it for the Halo-Halo, I’ve not tried anything else there yet, but the Halo-Halo is great. Looks like any other Filipino restaurant with Balik Bayan boxes and a small store in the back.
