How do you rate Starbucks? They are the most consistent tasting of most coffee companies. This location is nice and my coffee was hot, can’t give it a lot stars though because they are honestly really slow. Don’t come here early mornings of you are in a rush.

Starbucks recently remodeled this location and it’s not too shabby. It’s still death to get in and out of and the clientele is questionable on multiple levels, but its new and clean and the more modern layout is nice. There are now more booths and smaller tables so it seems to accommodate more people than before. This location is always jam packed though so I wouldn’t recommend it for working or studying (try the Jackson or Sharyland locations). The service also seems to have gotten a boost from the renovation. Keeping my fingers crossed it lasts…

Terrible service. When I asked if they had ketchup packets for my breakfast sandwich the guy said, «We don’t have ketchup. This is a coffee shop.».
Later I went to wash my hands and they were out of paper towels in the men’s and women’s bathroom. I asked a different staff person if they had more. She said they had napkins in the front. Apparently at the Starbucks at this location they consider it sanitary for people from the bathroom AND people getting their food to acquire their napkins from the same place. Disgusting.

Asked for my coffee to be shaken because with all the pumps of syrup I get, it just taste better. When I got my drink, you can see all my syrup still on the bottom so I asked if it was shaken, the girl gave me a rude look like I’m stupid and said yes. Of course knowing that I have been drinking this drink for years that it did not look right. Which resulted to it being gross I didn’t even finish it.
Also, waited for the restroom and an employee came out from using the restroom. Then when I got in, the seat was completely off. Was unattached. You think for being an employee you’d fix it or close the restroom until fixed, but what do you expect from lazy ass employees. Btw, this is the sane employee who gave me a rude look for my drink.
