We arrived at the store, looking around for a few minutes, no one acknowledged us. The staff was not even busy. My coworker was looking to get his business cards printed. We wasted about 15minutes, trying to figure it out, uploaded the file only to be told it’ll take about a week for the cards to get done and shipped.
With all the online services that being offered nowadays, I really hope printing offices like this wont be going out of business anytime soon (like Blockbuster got taken over by Netflix and Redbox), especially with the kind of customer service that they offer, not exactly a motivation to make the drive here and wait some more.
