DONOTSHOPATTHISLOCATION! The store manager and employees are jerks. I came to the store to get a price adjustment on some items that I had purchased only two days earlier. The sales associates told me they couldn’t do the price adjustment unless I brought the merchandise with me. I have gotten price adjustments at other stores and never have been told that I needed to bring the merchandise in. They said it was store policy, fine. Two days later, I returned with the merchandise in hand, and this time was told that I could only get a price adjustment on the first markdown. Um, your price adjustment policy is written on the register and it says price adjustments are given within 10 days of a markdown, NOT the first markdown. Then the associate said that it was a promotional sale and price adjustments did not apply. I asked to speak with the manager who told me the exact same thing. WTF?! I told him that I would just reorder the item online then return it in his store, and he said, «Yeah, you can do that.» I walked out of the store, and before making it even 100 ft, I turned back around and returned one of the items that he would not price adjust. I am tempted to order a bunch of things online and then return them at this store so they have negative sales.

The home of the infamously overpriced crocodile polos… and yet I still buy them. There’s something to the classy and simple style of the brand with the small little embroidered reptile on your chest that makes you impulsively purchase them. This is the only specific Lacoste store in the area, so if you want the full line of merchandise to choose from I’d recommend coming here. Otherwise you’ll have to hit up Bloomingdales or Neiman Marcus. The store is rather small, as to be expected of all of Tyson’s 2 boutiques, but it’s well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised at their array of sizes — they even broke out the size 9(or XXXL) in tons of colors for my 6’8″ boyfriend. My only disappointment with the store is the somewhat poor customer service. Some of the people working there still haven’t learned the meaning of tact yet, but it’s hard to expect anything else considering all of the employees are 18 year olds who’ve grown up in NOVA. Other than that, it’s a must stop and shop spot every time I hit Tyson’s.
