I can’t even begin to share the saga of my husband looking for sneakers, it has been well over a year mainly because he’s so particular. We stopped in to Finish Line, and I was well expecting to leave empty handed yet again because the shoe wasn’t quite right. Which I get you want the right shoe if you’re spending good money, but styles change. Thankfully this stop he actually found an updated style he liked! This store had actually a good selection and the staff was quite attentive and got his shoes in short order. When all was said and done he left with two pairs of shoes and frankly I couldn’t have been more relieved. So if you or a loved one is a bit particular when it comes to their kicks I’d heartily recommend this place, the staff was super friendly and helpful too!

Bought my kids shoes as liked the brand and the product. The person attending us had no eye contact, was busy taking to other customers, was not trying to tell us anything about the product. Essentially, not interested to service. We were in a hurry and so we bought otherwise wouldn’t waste time here.

A great variety of shoes — I think the best collection in Tysons corner. My friend and I got there close to their closing time — but the staff were helpful and kind enough to let us think through our decisions. Ended up getting two pairs — would return to get my next ones. It runs more on the expensive /pricey side but i guess its convenient location and variety of choices make up for it.

If I were able to put no stars I would. This place was awful. While I was in there there were two other customers being helped by one person and the other three employees were busy hanging out and talking to each other. Typically it’s not hard to get help getting shoes to try on in your average shoe store but here I needed to go find them to get the shoe and two other times for a different shoe and sizing. Then he started taking down all my information at the register and then says its for the frequent user card that’s free, he hands me the user card and then bumbles something. I asked what he said and still couldn’t understand him, which I realized later was strange since I didn’t have an issue understanding anything else he said. He asked to put my receipt in my shoebox and I thought that was odd so when I got home I checked my receipt and he signed me up for a trial subscription for Sports Illustrated and Kids SI, two subscriptions that in fine print say they will start to charge my card after two trial issues. I tried to call the SI number on the receipt but I can’t cancel it till its in the system in 3−4wks. To top it off I didn’t give the guy the right address because I thought it was just for the store user card and I’m moving in a month.

Meh, so so. The selection at this Finish Line is nowhere near what it should be. Styles rarely change and the store manager does not order many of the Finish Line Nike exclusives or the Nike Livestrong versions. The Pentagon City, Woodbridge and Springfield stores have the best selection in the area!

While walking around Tysons Corner mall yesterday, stopped by the store to browse and walked out with a comfortable pair of running shoes at my price point. There was a brief upsell attempt(not uncommon) but they didn’t push too hard. Also, the salesman was very knowledgeable about runnning shoes(I confirmed his facts w/my own web research once I got home), and for that I was pleasantly surprised for a general athletic shoe store.
