I had to wait in the drive thru like 10 min this morning and when finally cashier took my order she said 40 mins for the chicken worst service ever !!!

Do you enjoy eating fresh food? If so, avoid this location. The wait is long and the food has been reheated multiple times. I went today through the drive thru with my family and was so disappointed once I arrived home. The flour tortillas were so hard AND crunchy. All of them were crunchy. I was able to break them into pieces! I don’t understand how anyone can mess up tortillas. I also don’t understand how anyone can serve tortillas that way. They should have been thrown away. The rice had«crunchy moments.» Definitely old. We asked for extra salsa since they had only given us 6 but the girl in the window said she wasn’t allowed to give more than 6. We spent about $ 50 on our order and they’re going to limit our salsa? Unbelievable. I don’t plan on returning here again. Update: Food poisoning I guess that’s what happens when you eat old food.

It’s weekday around 2:00pm. Since I was craving for their tostadas I got something to go. They called my number since it was ready and she I came on the counter it wasn’t even ready and this is the girl on the counter not sure if she is the manager. I have to wait another 10 minutes for my to go and while standing there I saw the place was dirty. It should be inspected again. The food handler or the one preparing the food has NO gloves on and no hair net. I ordered double chicken and paid for it but when i ask how come they are giving me regular amount of chicken and my order is double — the lady told me it’s double. Unprofessional. I go to Other locations but this one is really bad and would not even bother to go back. I did not eat it anyway since I saw how they prepared my food so end up buying something from another restaurant nearby. Don’t bother to patronize this branch.

Cashier is new, I don’t blame her. But Leslie was rude, instead of apologizing for their error(I ordered two chicken bowls with black beans, got regular pinto beans) she gave me an attitude«I know! I took your bowls back» well excuse me Leslie. Fix your attitude. And wear some makeup, you look like a zombie. Also, as they were fixing my bowls, they took about 25 minutes to fix my order. I refused them, got my money back & took one last sip of my drink. And left. With my tummy growling & a massive headache.

Happen to be that I was hungry and I like el pollo loco, so I decided to go inside this one, bu I am giving two stars because The restaurant inside is dirty, the bathroom(male) is disgusting, the Food was good but in a restaurant they should have a nice and clean environment. I wont go again

Man! This place just sucks! I always come here to get my chicken salad fix and the quality just gets poorer and poorer with each visit. Today was the last straw! I love their cilantro dressing and that is why I always get chicken salad but the corn wasnt fresh today! The last two times it was the lettuce. But no more from this place. $ 7ish for the salad and large drink.

This happens to be the closest Crazy Chicken to my work. so, I think it’s safe to say I’m a regular. Hop in on a Tuesday or Wednesday and you’ll most likely see me eating my skinless chicken breast. Food quality remains consistent. Salsa bar somewhat clean. Staff is generally friendly, especially the manager. There is one female staff, however, I feel purposely gets my orders wrong almost every week. Either she confuses the meal combo #s with the # of pieces in the order, flour vs corn tortilla… or salad with no dressing or wrong dressing. It’s horrible. Every now and then you’ll get an unsightly guest who will spend 30 minutes in the bathroom, so to be on the safe side, bring some hand sanitizer & hold your potty until you get to your next destination.

each year there seems to be a bad review and its 2013 and it still doesnt change. they get my order wrong constantly, they can never understand or know their own menu .“get i get a 20 pc meal?” answer: «you want 8 pc, 10 pc, or 12 pc?» me: .huh? the one around the corner on eastern and florence once ran out of side orders and the cashier had oh well attitude, the one off atlantic in commerce by target closes at 11 in the drive thru and at 1030 was shoo’d away because they were quote«out of chicken» and this place in maywood is still the worst. attitude is everything, customer service is everything. they must still live in the 20th century where they actually(lol) believe their product will outdo however they treat people. everyone just stay away. its worth to drive a few extra blocks to these other spots, believe me from now on i will!

I was a customer of this Pollo Loco for a very long time. Since I work and live around the area, I would visit this restaurant about 4 to 5 times a week, but after the experience I encountered 2 weeks ago, it will be the last. To start off, as I placed my order through Driver thru, the employee was very rude. I approach the window to pay for my meal, she hands me my beverage dripping soda; I then ask her for some napkins which she hands them over with an attitude. I get my meal and headed home. As my brother was about to drink his beverage, he notice that the DRINKWASFULLOFANTS! YESANTS! Since I wasn’t wearing my glasses I had totally missed them. I tried calling the restaurant about 3 times but no seemed to answer. I went back and«supposedly» spoke to the manager. The manager had the«I don’t care» attitude and handed me a $ 5.00 gift certificate and a new cup for my drink. I was so upset and disgusted about the situation, I couldn’t eat my meal anymore. I then called corporate office and left a very detailed message of what happened. Early next morning I had received a call from someone over at their corporate office apologizing for the inconvenience and said they would be sending someone over to check on the problem. She also sent me a $ 25.00 gift certificate as a good gesture. What got me really upset is the fact that I use to work at a fast-food restaurant and worked Drive thru and till this day I do not understand how this employee missed these ants. I am not talking about 2 or 3. I am talking about more than 15 ants. I personally think the employers need to be very careful who they hire… I didn’t want to go overboard hence I did not call the health department on them. Therefore, be careful where you go and double check your food because you may never know what surprise awaits you.
