My wife just returned from having her mani pedi all upset. It started with the lady being late to the appointment. Then my wife asked how much it would cost to have gel on her nails. The lady told her it would be covered in the gift certificate I gave her and that she would also put it on her toes. At the time she went to check out the lady told her the gift certificate was only for $ 50 and it would cost another $ 35 for the gel. When my wife showed me her feet I don’t know how this lady could do this for a living. I could have better job and now two hours later the gel is falling off her toes. Don’t waist your money here.

I recently had to find a new stylist after the person who had done my hair for years wasn’t available. It took trying several salons to find Carmen and Flawless. I’ve now had three cuts and two colors at the salon and I have to say, she’s a winner. I feel the prices are a little high — but the salon is very professional, very clean and well organized. No weird hair salon drama. Really great color.
