The cashier took about 10 minutes to ring me up and all I was getting was some chicken nuggets and fries this man could not understand the cash register and asked me if I could do the math I came here to eat not to do simple math

The fly fans are not operational and seeing as this place is in horse country… well not good. Very avg. McDs.

On a drive from Phoenix to Prescott. Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat. The young man at the register, Sam, did an excellent job! He greeted me quickly and with a smile. He asked how my day was going/what I had planned for the day. He was very personable and the small interaction I had with him genuinely put a smile on my face! You can tell he really enjoys his job and that is so important. We need more kids(young men) like this in the workplace. Being in the service industry myself, I know the value of creating a great experience for the customer, and Sam definitely did that for me!

Realistically, this is probably one of the best McD’s in Arizona. Now that in itself isn’t saying much because there are some pretty bad ones in AZ, but out here in cordes junction, this little store that probably sees incredible highway traffic stays in pretty good shape and has pretty good staff almost every time we stop. Today with 5 kids, extra generous with pickles, sauce, and ketchup, and mighty courteous to all the kids. One important note tho, no playground or playplace here. Just straight up McDonald’s.

If you can go somewhere else, do it. We stopped for a restroom break and a quick snack. The restrooms were gawd-awful. Some of the tiles were pulled off the wall, so you could see right inside the wall – the studs, the dirt, everything. The stalls were nasty and the stalls didn’t have purse hooks. When I came out of my stall, another lady had just come in and was cringing after looking into another stall. I offered her mine and told her, «It’s bad, but it’s not AS bad.» As for the food, it tasted alright. But, while we were waiting, an employee was bagging up someone’s order and laid the french fries on the counter so that some of the fries fell out and some stayed in the container, but were touching the counter. The employee then picked up the fries and put them in the bag. Yep, the ones that were touching the counter. THEN!!! He used his bare hands and picked up the fries that had fallen out onto the counter and put them in the customer’s bag. EW!!!

I stopped here on 10÷14÷14 for a restroom and soda stop. This is a busy location and I think they do an excellent job in service with the high volume of traffic they get. The restrooms were very clean so that must have improved since the last review of a dirty restroom. The courteous greeting I received from a genuinely friendly, enthusiastic worker was so pleasant and was the reason that prompted me to even take the time to write this review. I hope their rating goes up and if it does they can thank an employee name Vickie. Keep up they good work! They could use a lot more employees like you out there.

Had to stop off here on our way home from Flagstaff over Labor Day weekend for a bathroom run. The store is dirty and the bathrooms weren’t that much cleaner. I would’ve ordered some fries or something if I didn’t feel so gross inside the restaurant. Move it along folks, nothing to see here.

Located just off the I-17/I-69 exit, this is a perfect place for a restroom break and to grab a quick bite. On a recent trip back from Flagstaff, that’s exactly what we did when we got stuck in bad traffic due to an accident that shut down I-17 for hours. There were literally hundreds of cars parked around this place… I’ve never seen anything like it before. The line for the restrooms was long and so were the food lines. 20+ minutes to get your food. Kudos to the restaurant team for handling an unexpected rush like this… they got crushed and there was nothing they could do to predict it. Despite all of that, they kept the restrooms cleaned and stocked with paper towels, soap, etc. Return Factor — 70%

It was clean, modern looking and had flat screen tv’s. Perfect for a quick stop. The service was friendly and fast, what more could you want from McDonald’s?

we stopped at this McDonald’s on the way back from Sedona, and actually I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a fairly modern looking McDonalds with flat-screen TV’s and such. And the bathrooms were clean enough. The service was decent too… we tried the oatmeal, and tasted decent. Anyway… it’s a good place to stop in place of a rest area. Otherwise it’s the same standard McDonald’s fare as you would get anywhere else in the world…

Stopped here on the way to Prescott. I’m sorry to say that I think it would have been faster if I got out of my car and went in to get something to-go. Pretty much sat in the drive-thru lane for way longer than needed. Was hoping to get something and be on my way… The good thing is that this McDonald’s seems like a good«rest» point between Pheonix and Prescott. The parking lot is a bit confusing, but not hard to figure out and adapt in the 2 seconds it takes to look around.

It’s McDonald’s for gosh sakes. Fast service, consistent food and a decent prices. Plus it’s right off the Interstate. The only issue was the cashier not knowing the menu, but heck she could have been new.
