They get worse with every visit. Five customers in line and not one has a smooth transaction. Items don’t scan, sales don’t come up, etc. the cashier can do a thing except wait for a manager to stroll up. So annoying.

The customer service of this place is horrible. They would not allow me to match an online price from their own site. Instead I was instructed to leave the store(great move asking the customers to leave the store) make the purchase online and select store pick up. This was the only way I could get the online price. Poor customer service… this reminds me why I don’t shop here.

Natavia and Tatiana at the registers were very kind and helpful and patient. Also the clothing selection was up to date and in style for boys and juniors girls. My 14 yr old daughter liked the selection.

If you are wanting a frustrating experience, overpriced goods, and an unorganized store this is the place. For it being a Sears/Kmart they just don’t carry the things you would expect. 9 times out of 10 if they carry the item it will be out of stock. This is the only retail that takes for ever to check out. No exaggeration, even if there isn’t a line expect it to take 10 minutes.

Dirty. The store looks dirty. The floors are dirty. I only come here for one item that everyone else has stopped selling.
