Maui Baby’s Away

I heard of Baby’s Away through one of the baby websites as I searched for recommendations on traveling with strollers and car seats. One suggestion was to just rent what I needed and have it delivered at the airport or hotel. I tried Baby’s Away for the first time when I traveled to Chicago. I submitted the request online and the stroller was waiting for me at the hotel. The process was very easy and seamless but it lacked that personal touch. Baby’s Away in Maui did that and more. This trip was last month and completely forgot the names but it is a husband and wife run business i believe. I had arranged to have the stroller delivered to the condo I rented at 11:30am but I did not realize the check-​in time was at 3pm. Thankfully I received a call soon after I arrived in Maui to confirm the delivery and was able to push it back until after we were checked in and unpacked. I then received another call to confirm when I would like the stroller to be picked up. They were very flexible, accommodating, and courteous. This is a good example of how much a personal touch matters. You don’t realize how much it matters until you get it.

Maui Baby’s Away is an absolutely wonderful service. We used them this past week when we arrived in Maui with our one year old. Everything was seamlessly taken care of and installed in our unit upon our arrival. All the items were clean and well maintained. They lived up to our high standards. Michael was so kind, he even let my daughter keep her favorite items from the box of toys he delivered. We would only consider using them on our next trip to Maui and cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!

Planning your vacation and thinking how you can possibly cram everything you need for you, your kiddos and hubby? Maui Baby’s Away was AMAZING!!! Michael was so awesome! Knows the island life and was intuitive of what we would need! Can’t wait to come back to Maui and we will definitely be calling MBA when we do!

This is the only way to vacation with little ones. We rented a crib, stroller, potty, pool toys and more. Michael was fabulous to work with. He followed up with us several times to make sure everything was okay. Even better, we had forgotten to order bed rails in advance. When we requested them at the last minute, he had none available. Michael told us he would handle it and went out and bought another set so we would have them when we got there. Great great service! Will use Maui’s baby away always when traveling to Maui!

We just went on a trip to Maui with our little 8 month old baby. Michael was very helpful and provided responses promptly putting my mind at ease that we would have everything we needed there. All the furniture and toys were clean and in great condition. I also asked for last minute items two days before our trip and Michael was able to accommodate. I was very happy with Baby’s Away Maui and would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Michael was a very welcome sight when we arrived in Maui. He had everything we needed, pack n play, gates, stroller and high chair. He came to our condo, was incredibly kind and friendly, installed the gates for us, and even brought beach toys for the baby he thought we might want to borrow for our week. Oh and he brought the high chair without being asked just in case we had forgotten to mention it, which was dead on. Would recommend him in a heartbeat and will do business with him next trip.

Maui Baby’s Away was awesome! I was very stressed out before the trip on getting everything needed for my 2 year old. Michael made the process so easy and convenient. Everything was delivered ahead of time, in perfect condition and very reasonably priced, I highly recommend Maui Baby’s Away.
