I don’t usually try to get too critical about fast food restaurants but today was the last straw… literally! I work locally and Wendy’s has one of the best salads and chili around(for a price). The problem with this Wendy’s is drive-thru accuracy. I have become used to the roughly 50% accuracy with a half salad /small chili /large diet. I’ve learned to ask, did you include.. dressing, nuts, crackers, napkins, straw, etc., all of which they have omitted repeatedly. Today was the normal questions, specifically the straw(I’ve learned to quickly scan for the missing items). The girl at the window confirmed, in the bag. Needless to say, large drink, no straw or Blu cheese crumbles on the salad. Oh well, it’s game over for me, $ 10 for an incomplete lunch was a bad deal anyway!

Their service is usually friendly and fast. But the other day I ordered a #8 with a coke. I get to the window and she tried to hand me a diet. I corrected her and got my coke, but that should have been my red flag. I got almost to the west end of town when I noticed my sandwich was wrong. Went all the way back(during lunch hour). The lady said she punched it in wrong. No, it was right on the receipt, the kitchen staff got it wrong. I checked before I left and it was correct but it was a sloppy mess. I just took it and left. At least I got a free sandwich for my husband. Always check your order before you leave!

Unfortunately, Wendy’s has one of the only good fast food salads and I love to get it on my lunch break and after coming here multiple times, I can very confidently say that this is not somewhere you want to be if you expect fast, friendly, and most of all… accurate(!!!) service! I have come here multiple times and almost every time, I have to check my bag before I drive away because they forgot something: straws, napkins, forks, food items, etc. One time I ordered chicken nuggets and asked for barbecue sauce, when it did not show up on the screen, he assured me that he would just put it in the bag. After I drove 10 minutes back to work, I realized that he had not and it was super upset because it would have been a quick and easy fix but he didn’t feel like taking the extra minute to ring it up. Will be going to Subway from now on.

Very disappointing fast food experience. My hamburger wasn’t fully cooked & the fries were cold when the drive-thru attendant handed me my food. I’m not sure if there were new employees or what caused this but I won’t be going back to this establishment.
