This was our first time trying Jackie’s Nail Salon and we are UTTERLY disgusted by the results! Our nails look like we just left an 8-year-old’s slumber party: bubble gum pink with polish all over our cuticles and finger tips. One of us had to REQUEST that the technician paint the entire finger nail, and not leave the tip bare… The technicians also kept trying to persuade us to choose colors we weren’t interested in… Real sad this is how we spent our $ 30(plus tip). Do NOT recommend! Will NOT be returning!

I have been a fan of this place until recently. They have really been failing me in the last year. I usually go for pedicures and shellac fingernails. I also have my eyebrows waxed. Their prices aren’t too bad IF they do a good job. I pay $ 30 for shellac, $ 23 for toes, and $ 10 for eyebrow wax. Lately they suck big time! I will go in and sit down for a pedicure and they are usually busy so I always feel like they are rushing to get me out of the chair so they can start on the next person. I don’t get a good massage and if you want a good massage at all they charge you more. The shellac doesn’t stay on over 5 days and you also do not get a massage with that. I think they need to rethink how they are zipping people in and out because they will lose clients. They definitely lost me as a customer.

I will never go back here again! It kept getting worse and worse every time I went, but this last visit was the last straw! First I brought pictures of how I would like my toes and nails to look like figuring that might help with the language barrier. They told me, my daughter, and my friend we couldn’t get our toes done that way because our toes were to small… next the guy guy said there was so way he could get my nails to look like the picture, mind you it was a simple glitter heart design on one nail! After being completely exhausted trying to explain what I wanted, mainly not bright bubble gum pink, I looked down and that was the exact color he was putting on! By the time we were done all three of our nails, fingers and toes, looked like Pinterest fails. Then when I heard the total I about hit the roof, for myself and my EIGHT year old daughter to each get a pedicure and shellac manicure it was $ 143 with tip! And to make matters worse my shellac started peeling of after only a week when normally shellac lasts me a month or more. My best friends shellac manicure which she told them had to be a nude or blush color for work turned black about three days after the manicure. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending anyone I know that gets their nails done to avoid this salon!

Yikes– so not impressed. We went for pedicures and were placed in seats pretty fast. We sat with our feet in water for about 40 minutes(to the point where the water was cold). People who came in after us were serviced before us. Our people kept leaving and switched places with each other. We did not get the delux spa pedi that was on their sign and they tried to tell us a hot towel treatment on our legs was in place of a wax foot treatment. The ‘massage’ that was part of the pedi was maybe 30 seconds per foot. Overcharged, unserviced, will not be returning. Definitely do not recommend.

If I had to give a review for specific workers, this would be a five star for John and a one star for Holly. I had Holly for a no-chip manicure that had nail polish all over my cuticles, she cut my thumb with the buffer, and part of my nails aren’t even painted close to the edge. It only costs me $ 30 to make it look like I did my nails myself, and luckily it will last two weeks.
