I would give no stars if it was an option. This location is convenient to my home and children’s daycare so I’ve used it a handful of times to drop off pre-​labeled and packaged FedEx for work. The owner makes you complete an extra form and asks 10,000 questions about what is in each package. Just completely unnecessary. I will go out of my way to drop off at another location from now on.

I have a personal DHL account and printed some mailing labels for xmas boxes to Australia. This place is a DHL authorized drop off point, listed on the DHL website. The owner refused to take my DHL package because I didn’t buy the postage from him !!! He lied straight to my face an told me it was impossible to get them to pick the box up if he didn’t make the sale. This is of course DEAD WRONG as it is a ‘drop of point’ for DHL and he receives a payment for handling from DHL. (Obviously not enough for him to comply with company policy) He then told me to get out when I told him I was on the phone with DHL about it !!! I did call DHL who confirmed that this mans actions were wrong and are investigating internally. DHL then organized pick up from my house at no extra charge. Horrible man, Horrible experience and a total waste of time.
