Holistic Balance Massage Therapy

I found out about Holistic Balance from Groupon! It was a great deal and I didn’t want to pay full price for something I hadn’t experienced before. This was my first massage experience and it was devine! When I needed help finding the place I simply called and Karen gave me simple directions. It’s in the same building that says Christian Adoption Services but it’s suite 112! Karen was more than happy to chat and take any questions that I had. Oh yes and her hands are magical! You can go in stressed and leave carefree with the lovely musical sounds, the fan, and the warm blankets. Karen thanked me, then gave me a complimentary bottle of water and a York peppermint patty! With my love for sweets I thought she was after my heart! But it appears the Yorks are available to anybody ;) I can’t wait to come back when I visit Charlotte! Check it out today! I bought a Groupon for 60min massage add the option for aromatherapy and warm towels. When I asked about the option, the therapist said that she did not have warm towels nor the aromatherapy. Offer 10 extra minutes but finished the massage right at 50min. The appointments are schedule so close together that there is not time for questions about any discomfort or any special needs. I felt rushed from the waiting room to the massage table. You need to speak out if you have any questions. When I asked some questions the lady politely nod but would not answer. 2 to the quality of the massage. I don’t think I would come back. All business nothing about holistic care.
