I began practicing meditation with Guru Ranjit just last week, and I’ve loved every second of the training. I meet with him once a week, and he has given me various assignments built around diet, breathing exercises, positive thinking, and tips for meditation that have been really effective in helping me to find my center. He comes across as a wonderfully serene person, and he often bursts out laughing in the midst of what he’s trying to say. His questions are insightful… or maybe they lead you toward finding your own insight. Under his guidance, I’m developing a real meditation practice, and I’ve even set up a little space in my house where I can go to get quiet with myself. I’ve never quite done this before, so I’m pleased to recognize my progress even this early in the process. I’m looking forward to seeing how else I will grow under his guidance.
