Carolina Home Renovations was utilized to renovate significant damage to our bathroom caused by a hidden plumbing leak inside a stud wall cavity. They removed water damaged ceramic tiled walls & floor including the ceiling located beneath the bathroom. Mold was completely remediated. The water damaged sub-​floor was replaced. A new tub, toilet, vanity, exhaust fan and plumbing fixtures were installed. Ceramic tile was installed around the tub and on the floor. The remaining untiled area of the ceiling and walls were coated with a spa grade finish. The extensive water damage caused by the undiscovered leak required significant effort to restore the integrity of the structure. Carolina Home Renovation was able to effectively complete the restoration.
