Hong Kong Nails

I have been going here for about 2 months. I usually use the same tech but today she was off. A guy did my nails. I had to get a full set as 5 of my nails had broken. Instead of soaking the gel off he used another nail and some pliers and lifted and cracked the nails off. 1^st red flag. It hurt too. Ok. I over looked that. He did more of an overlay then a full set because I times him I wanted to keep my nails but I had 5 nails that needed tips. Ok… maybe everyone does it different. Also I asked him not to use the motorized fore on my natural nail, he said we have to and proceeded to use it. Lastly I asked for a different shape and he said he didn’t think it was good idea for whatever reason. I think it’s because he didn’t know how to shop it. Ok… still wasn’t totally over it because I had been having good experiences so far.
The final straw was the paint job. The gel polish they use for the initial set was put on too thick and it bled into my cuticle. This is going to be so ugly when it’s time for a fill in. I told the tech this and he ignored me and put my hands under the light. Because of this, the paint job was horrible. I tried to show the manager and the tech got mad and wiped around the nail to «fix» it. I told him it was better. It was better but still bad because there’s no fixing it after the gel polish is set.
The nails were too wide. It was really thick at the base and the polish bled into my cuticle area. I normally have a good experience there but today was horrible. At the end the manager walked past me and said «you okay» and I shook my head no and he kept waking like he didn’t see me. I’m posting pictures here.

They did a very good job on my nails. I was recommended to this nail shop because of their quality work and affordable prices. I will definitely go back again.

I went in to this Nail Salon and was hit with the fumes like no other. Please open a window or two. Also I asked for Gel nail refills and received Acrylic Nail refills. No.6 nail tech put clear nail polish on top of my nails & put those under UV light. I told him I asked for Gel & he pretended not to understand English. He did what he wanted. The fumes were the worst and I ended up getting charged for Gel refills! Which was $ 13 more than what he actually did. Very disappointed

My girls & I have been coming here for years! The only nail shop I would recommend to my family & friends. Ask for Kevin, he’s the best!

You can typically get in with no wait during the week.
Kevin does an excellent gel– fill and no chip. Pays great attention to detail and is super friendly.

I’ve been coming to this shop for about two years hadn’t been in a while due to illness, come in today just to relax and had the worst experience. The young lady that provided my service (mani /​pedi) completed my pedicure then quoted my price I paid & at that point she asked if I required change. I stated yes then she tossed it into the table only to proceed with the worst manicure ever on top of tossing my nail polish bottle into my purse with wet polish all over it. This is exactly why I don’t tip until my service is complete. A tip is a due to those with proper service etiquette not because you provided a service that I pay to have. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Had an amazing mani-​pedi experience with Tony. His attention to detail is superb! I will be back!

Walked in and only had to wait about a minute before someone was available to start my mani pedi. Was very satisfied when I left. Pleasant environment and nail techs are very polite.

It was my first time going to Hong Kong Nails last week and I was quite impressed. The guy that took care of me was careful and took his time on my nails. The massage chairs were comfortable and the store seemed quite clean. I would come back here.
It’s always a plus when there’s free parking!

Monday through Thursday this business offers specials for manicure and pedicure for $ 25.00. I did not know this when I visited. they said that it was posted on the door.
I very seldom get pedicures because I do them myself. I was not told by anyone working there that they were running a special. After, I paid one of the customers said, «did you know that they ware running a special?»
I inquired to the technician about this special… she started screaming at me saying that… I was too busy talking to someone else and not her therefore, she did not tell me!
These people are extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer services and disrespectful and unkind. All they want is your money!
I will never return to this low class establishment.

Second and last visit. Color was half gone so she put thinner in the paint. Looks like one coat, paint has bubbles, she did a rushed job, and didn’t clean under my nails. The kicker… she went to use the dirty utensils from a previous client on me. I said something so she threw them in alcohol for a few minutes. I asked her to get clean one’s from the autoclave. After balking she finally complied. My daughter’s design was sloppy, paint job sloppy and she has paint on the sides of her fingers and cuticles. Save your money. There are much better shops in neighboring towns.

I walked in to get a no chip and pedicure. It was ok. The pedicure wasn’t bad at all. But I was upset that she rushed my paint job when I was using a pastel pink. So I didn’t get any other services done. I am tired of spending top dollar for mediocre or poor work. It’s not fair, I get my ass handed to me at work! These nails will be ugly by tomorrow. I won’t be coming back unless I’m in a hurry then.

Took my gf here to get her nails done and she wouldn’t stop talking about her positive experience. She loved everything about her manicure and the tech really took her time and didn’t rush through it. The service was great and friendly from the start. Prices are also very reasonable. If I wasn’t in such a rush myself, I would have gotten a manicure myself. I will definitely bring her back here in the future. The nail salon is located in a strip mall so parking is easy.

i needed a manicure for an special event and my friend suggested this place to me. since i was around the area i decided to take her advice and give this place a try.
the salon was clean and the ppl that works here are very friendly compare to the other ones that i went before where they usually just stares at me haha …
while the lady was giving me a manicure i decided to get a pedicure also since i had time to kill. i didn’t catch her name but she took her time and did a really good job.
i sure would come back out here if i ever needed another pedicure or manicure. good prices and service here.
