What a bunch of thieves. Windshield cracked in March of this year and we used Gerber’s mobile service to get a new windshield. First mistake. In June I noticed water in the front passenger side floorboard. I though A/​C drain. Nope. Leaking from windshield.
So for the past month I have been playing phone toss with Gerber and listening to them say «I will send them an e-​mail right now».
We finally got them to pay for my car to get detailed and taken care if by Abe’s Custom Care in Mokena. Second mistake. These jumokes cleaned the carpeting and nothing else. What a fucking joke-​the PADDING is still soaked, and now, lucky us, there is mold and ant larvae under the padding.
Do yourself a great big favor, avoid these fucks like the plague. They come highly «fuck a mended»
