We ordered from here late one night because it was the only place open. We were told our order would be $ 38. I gave them my credit card because they said they need a credit card to place the order. Fine. I tipped in cash. When I got my credit card statement I was charged $ 98!!! I called them and they would just laugh at me and hang up on me. It’s clearly a scam. If you look at reviews anywhere you can see this place is a scam. The food wasn’t even good. I had to cancel my credit card because I was afraid they would steal additional funds. I’m disgusted with the owners of this«business» who couldn’t make a living in this country without stealing.

DONTORDERFROMHERE! Same story as everyone else. Ordered large cheese pizza and said we had to order two things because they were«crazy busy» so we got an order of mozzarella sticks and the total was 50 $. And the next day we checked the card statement and it went up to 60 $. Place is the biggest scam! Pizza was thin and chewy and all the food was cold!

Do not buy. Wish we had read reviews. The food is absolute garbage. Pizza was cold, soggy(in some places) and hard as a rock in others. The cardboard box it came in would’ve probably tasted better than the pizza. For some reason, as an extra added bonus, they provided a full burrito tortilla. Not sure how this plays into pizza. Do they expect us to wrap our pizza up in a Burrito?

One calzone, one pizza, and onion rings came out to $ 70??? Also, took an hour and 45 mins for delivery. Would not recommend due to the outrageous prices… Extremely disappointed.

DONOTORDER… I know the first thing you want when you come home from a night out is pizza but this place is seriously not worth it. Their menu prices DONOT reflect what they charge for late night delivery… 1 pizza and motz sticks ended up being 50+ dollars and we waited over and hour to never receive pizza. The guy answering the phone picked up and answered in greek… I happen to speak greek and when I answered he immediately hang up. They know how much they blow and how big of a scam this«business» is. This place is a disgrace… Shamed to share a heritage with the owner. 100% go dominoes over this.

Absolute garbage service. I’m used to a «get what you pay for» attitude when you order late night but to have them call you up for an extra $ 10 shakedown of delivery charges and then to harass you because they«called you three times» when you picked up on the first call and their driver was too drunk and/or stoned to know which side of the street the even numbers are on… man, f**k that. Overpriced bullshit. Only buy this if you’re starving to death and have no other choice.

DONOT order from regal cafè, especially late at night! I was with a group of people and we were going to order food and split the cost. When I called I was told I HAD to use a credit card. I said fine and ordered a large pizza and order of mozzarella sticks. I checked my account the next day to see what the cost was since I WASNEVERGIVEN a receipt. There was a $ 49 charge from them. I called my bank to dispute the charge and was told I needed to wait until the charge had finished processing. A few days later and the charge went up to $ 56!!! For one pizza and six mozzarella sticks. Ridiculous. When googled, I found an article that the attorney generals office is already investigating them for multiple complaints of Scam. And on top of it, the pizza was awful. They should be shut down.

Same story as everyone else. 2AM and hungry. Ordered a pizza, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. total bill was $ 70. Avoid at all costs. It’s odd to me that this place cares more about scamming people once rather than earning a loyal, recurring customer base through reasonable prices and good service. I really hope this place goes out of business. Oh, and the food alone merits a 1 star rating(AKA it was terrible).

I would like to start off by saying, unless you’re a complete FOOL do not order from this place. ALL the reviews I have read I can agree with 100%. My roommate and I ordered a medium pizza with maybe 3 toppings, an order of buffalo chicken tenders, and jalepeno poppers. The order totaled almost $ 70! The food was definitely not worth the outrageous price I paid. The pizza wasn’t even cooked entirely, by that I mean the dough was raw! The chicken was flavorless and dry. The jalapeño poppers were mediocre at most. I would have paid $ 25 for that. The price I paid, I’d expect better. Don’t waste your time or money.

First off the previous 5 star review must be a friend or paid because an honest review of regals is if you just came from mountain climbing up the blue hills, and I mean some serious back and forth up that hill at least 10 times, with no water or food for at least three days, you finally get down around 2am and the one food place that’s open is regals and you’re forced to decide wether to eat from there or die, then the food may be so good you could put 5 stars, other than that one star may be too nice. The food taste like someone was cleaning the floor with it, like chemicals or something. I have been here on a few occasions late night after a club drunk and the food was still terrible. As a side note, if food is still terrible while completely intoxicated then it’s just awful, I just went the other day completely sober and I ate one wing that was not half bad, then the two others that followed must have been sitting in Clorox or someone washed the counter next to them??? How does this place stay open???

Also known as 24 Hour Pizza Delivery. I would like to give zero stars. They didn’t have what I ordered online and called me, when I called back they were mad at me for not answering the phone right away. They tried to force me to take something I didn’t want to replace it. I tried to just take the part of my order they did have and get a refund for the rest but they were super mean and rude and said they weren’t coming out to my town for just one pizza(it was a specialty pizza that cost over $ 40) He also said the driver had already left and then said that my pizza was in the oven so he was obviously lying. I tried to be nice but he wound up swearing at me and it got heated. Thanks to grub hub though for refunding my money. Never ever do business with 24 hour pizza! I should have listened to the other reviewers.

Wanted to Pay cash but on the phone they said they required a credit card for delivery on campus. They assured us that the card would not be charged but not only did they take the cash but still charged the credit card! They brought a bunch of «free» food that we did not order nor did we want. Total $ 140 for 2 pizzas. Food was not good. It’s a bummer since they are they only pizza place opened at 3:00 a.m. After this incident we did a little good search and found this story on Channel 4 news: Bottom line, stay away. Attorney General is getting a call tomorrow!

They talked me into ordering all sorts of items that I did not want, they were they ONLY people that would deliver at that hour. The food was terrible, my boyfriend paid them in cash and they charged my card. Total scam artists

THISPLACEIS A SCAM. I have never, ever been treated so rudely. I was staying down by the water front in a hotel and the concierge said this was the only place that delivered at 2 a.m. At all. So that sucks, Boston, but whatever, I called, and I asked for a large cheese pizza(at this point imagining I am talking to someone sane) and a liter of coke. …the guy tells me a starter. I order a starter. Then he tells me I need a side. I order a side. Then he tells me I need 6 drinks. Then he says I need two entrees to order at all. I ask for two cheese pizzas and he says that won’t count. I’m starting to lose it and ask what constitutes an entrée, and he goes«I“VEONLYEXPLAINEDTHIS A MILLIONTIMES.» So I hang up, and the dude calls my phone back THREE times. I finally pick up and tell him to stop harassing me and hang up and he stopped calling. I can’t even IMAGINE what the food would have tasked like. He wouldn’t tell me the prices on the phone and the website is illegible and insulting! The ‘requirements’ for delivery are incomprehensible… 3 – 18 miles 2 items plus starters plus drinks… but wtf does that really mean? This place should be SHUTDOWN.

Qualifying items must be large after 11 pm & smaller orders will default to Large after 11pm. Drivers deliver in pairs after 11PM for their safety. MANAGEMENTRESERVESTHERIGHTTOLIMITMENUANDORADJUSTPRICINGATANYTIME» !!! wtf… drivers deliver in pairs so they have someone to get their back when they are punched in the head. MYSTORY: I was hungry at 12:00AM and found … would deliver to East Boston when nothing else would. These people will deliver ANYWHERE. ANYTIME… If you are willing to pay for your food, plus additional food and drinks they are trying to get rid of/or to lessen your extreme anger when there nice naïve delivery boy comes knocking at your door with a bill three times the size it should be. I ordered a sub, jalapeño poppers and a cheeseburger. $ 53.90 was charged to the credit card I «had to give as security», but could opt to pay cash at arrival. I had the sweet delivery boy phone an incomprehensive and totally Greek manager of the pizzeria who was ready to fight when he was put on the phone. I hung up on him after he refused to give me an itemized bill of WHYTHEHELL I AMPAYING $ 53.90 for 3 pieces of food. To my regret I paid the bill with cash(I should have sent the boy back) The food was sh*t. I checked my bank transactions and my card was charged the bill that I had already paid cash for. So I stuffed my $ 108.00 chicken parm sub and jalapeño poppers and french fries and 6 pepsi cans that I didnt order down my throat and went to bed feeling like a dumbbbbbbbbbbbbb loooooserrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! This place hasnt heard the last of me. THISIS A SCAMIF I HAVEEVERSEENONE! DONTMAKE THe SAMEMISTAKE!

WHATEVERYOUDO, DONOTGIVETHEMYOURCREDITCARDINFORMATION! It was 2AM. I was hungry. I looked online for a place that would deliver to me. They refused to deliver unless I got 2 sides of cheese sticks. A side of cheese sticks constitutes 8 of the cheese sticks you’d see in a school cafeteria. So for 16 cheese sticks, 4 cans of Pepsi,(because they don’t do 2-liters) and the worst pizza I have ever had, I paid $ 60. It came with a side of fries. The fries were soggy. The cheese sticks were undercooked and cheap. The pizza, well… It wasn’t just the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was the worst food of any kind I’ve ever had. I’m hardly a culinary connoisseur. I’ve eaten better-tasting things on a dare. I would rather have been 17 again, scarfing a day-old hot dog smothered in wasabi while my friends chanted at me, than eat a second bite of that pizza. When I called to complain and get a refund, I spoke to a man with an accent that was so heavy as to be practically unintelligible. I was incredibly polite about it, and this man proceeded to swear and mock me. «Let me guess. The Pepsi was f***ed up too, huh?» Word for word. He said he’d leave a message for the manager, and the manager never got back to me. STAYAWAY! If you’re hungry late at night, you’re better off going to a CVS and picking up a hot pocket. You’d be better off just drinking a big glass of water and waiting till morning. I’m not exaggerating. If you want your money back, don’t bother trying to do it over the phone. I tried everything. I tried being nice. I tried being a jerk. I tried threatening to go down to their store and throw the three-week-old pizza on the counter. I still haven’t heard back from the Better Business Bureau. The next step is that I may actually have to go down there myself. With the three-week-old pizza, fries, and cheese sticks. They’re not getting away with this. Update: The Better Business Bureau doesn’t actually do anything. This place has had multiple complaints against them. I only hope that someday they do this sort of thing to the wrong person and their crooked little scam shop winds up a pile of ash.

I’ve never actually gotten a doughnut at Regal’s. However, they can be counted on serving up delicious chicken fingers and fries anytime you want — literally. I have driven up at 2 in the morning, and walked in the door at 10AM and still paid $ 10 for a 10-piece chicken fingers and a load of fries(I have only been able to finish eating a whole order one time in my life, and that was under extenuating circumstances). Each time, I walk away satisfied body, mind and soul. Also, they provide as many free sauces as you want. And apparently they deliver to the majority of the Greater Boston area, including sometimes to Providence Rhode Island? Next time I’m traveling I’m going to have to test this theory.
