Barron Pest Control

I have to say, I called today b/​c of a situation that needed attention. I am a Realtor selling a house and there was an issue w/​needed an overall pest inspection that came up last night (Friday) with the hope of getting to close by next Friday. I called around. One company could only do this for existing customers, another company has still not called me back (and this is the 2^nd time) so I found Barron and gave them a call. It helped that he was local, but he met me at 7pm on a Saturday Night, did an overall general Pest Inspection, did not try to bang me for services I did not need and has the form I needed. He also said that if the Bank needs to call him they can do so and he would be happy if they have other forms they need him to sign it was no problem. I still don’t know yet if we’re closing but I am relieved that this was taken care of promptly and he did what he said he would do which is greatly appreciated. I thanked him but also wanted it known that I really do appreciate him coming out on a Saturday night on such short notice.
