Buyers and sellers beware! If you are going to bring any kind of precious metals to sell, make sure you weigh it ahead of time and know exactly how much it’s weighs. For example, I’m 21 years old and the owner thought I was young, uninformed and stupid and tried taking advantage of me. He weighed my silver and said it all weighed 4.5 ounces. When I told him I knew it weighed more than that, he reweighed it and changed the original weight only adding a half ounce. The silver weighed 7.5 ounces in total and I sold it at a different shop. My best advice would be to avoid this place at all costs, do not give this guy your money. In addition, the customer receipt does not say anything about no returns accepted, just a heads up.

I’m a Pandora fan. This store has most of the Pandora items which are super cute.
I have ordered some new items from busy bee and I just got them today. Pandora is too famous now so all the new items come very slow. I have called busy bee for twice to see if they got my items. The customer service is great and they try to reach Pandora company and ask them about the time when I can get my items, etc.
I mean the stuffs are very honest. They trying to help me but never promised me something crazy. I like that way better than some people whom always promise the customer but doing nothing.
Very happy to shop over there and absolutely will go back.

I came in to reset a ring and wound up buying other items. I was thrilled at the quality of the stone and the price was fair. I even went to the city to have it appraised, it was appraise at $ 1,000 more than paid.
The service is great and they will always help with whatever else you may need which they don’t have.

Warning ! Went here for a new bracelet, when I took off my own bracelet to try on the new one, came back and mine was gone ! Cops came and basically believed me that it was stolen from the staff but no way to prove this. A day later my husband went in and my bracelet was in the showcase and was asking $ 200 for it. I swear to you, don’t go here ! Better options elsewhere ! DONT GO HERE !

I wrote a review for this business about two months ago that was promptly screened. I was told that it appeared to be spam because I hadn’t posted a profile, had no friends showing, and the Unilocal algorithm flagged me as an «illegitimate» reviewer.
Well I’ve since posted a profile, several profile photos. connected with some friends, posted more reviews, and am trying again!!!
This store has done nothing but good by me. They’ve given me outstanding advice and service. I’m not exactly a spendthrift, but I’ve parted with quite a bit of dough there over the past couple of months on a special gift for my wife and a watch for myself. These in addition to various smaller service dealings at fair prices and timely action.
The owners are Ziggy (with whom I’ve dealt) and Gary. If you deal with either of them you’ll be given straight answers and great service.
Go and see for yourself. They’re full service on premises for virtually any jewelry need.

This place is amazing. When I first walked into the store I was really impressed by how nice and professional everything looked. The man that was helping me was very friendly and gave me a good price on a watch. I walked out a happy customer.

Seriously the rudest people ever. They have no interest in answering questions or helping you. EVERY time I’ve gone in there they have been the same way. Like helping me is a huge inconvenience. I would never give them my business again. Very unprofessional.

Literally the worst people ever. They appraised my fiancé’s ring and told me that I paid too much. Then, I asked to buy a ring from them if they were so much cheaper and the individual showed me the same exact ring as I purchased for 30% more than I had paid for my ring. He also explained that he could adjust the appraisal as much as I wanted which is unethical and illegal.

My boyfriend purchased a bracelet here as a birthday gift for me. The bracelet was too loose so we went back to see about getting a smaller size. The employee who helped us was rude and impatient. When it was determined that I was between sizes and neither size fit me comfortably the employee refused a refund, and refused to even let us exchange the bracelet for a different item even though we had the reciept. So now I’m stuck with a bracelet I can’t wear and my boyfriend is out $ 230. How’s that for customer service?
