I just want to take 2 minutes out of my day to express my gratitude to Petro. We had an issue with our boiler Friday. I woke up to find it on fire. Called petro (our normal service provider) and they sent someone out and fixed it that day. When I went down the basement for the first time after it was filthy covered in oily soot and it was tracked everywhere. I called Petro at 11:30pm on Sunday… I got a call back first thing Monday morning and a supervisor came out to my home. After his inspection he called me back and explained that the mess may not be a result of his service men but of the blowback from the boiler when it was on fire. However, not knowing the cause they came back out today and fully cleaned the floor and my washer and dryer. I am 100% satisfied and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Petro for the excellent customer service!
