I work near the place so I’ve ordered from them several times.
They always get SOMETHING wrong– they forget a side, give you the wrong dish, put cheese when you wanted no cheese, etc. Delivery service is inconsistent and quite slow, as is takeout. Everything is overpriced. Also, they charge you one price one day and a different price the next.
The only good thing about it is the food. It’s actually not too bad.

I ordered a late lunch via
while working at home today. My hankerings: A corned beef sandwich with Swiss cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and mustard; and a Manhattan Special.
A man working at the deli called to say they were out of Manhattan Special — and to ask what kind of bread I wanted. Then, the delivery man called to say he was at the corner of Grand and Driggs — but how does he get to where I am? I called up a map and gave him directions.
The sandwich was just what I needed, and the Snapple substitution was refreshing. I never would’ve ordered from Blue Eagle had it not been for
