I just called this store to ask if they had a certain product in stock. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. She told me there was no way she could give me the information over the phone and that I would have to come in to find out, meaning id have to take time out of my day to drive there while it’s possible they didnt have the phone I was looking for in the first place. Funny though, I just got off the phone with the Kenwood location and they had no problem telling me that they did have the phone I was looking for in stock, and the gentlemen even went to the back to double check. Please do not give this Sprint location your business.

The staff at this store are really helpful I have had to go in twice in the last few months. Once with a problem I couldn’t get corrected by customer service and another time to inquire about upgrading my husband’s phone. Each time these guys knew they weren’t getting a ale from me, but they took the time to provide me with the information and assistance I needed when I couldn’t get help with corporate directly. I think they could use more staff because you generally have a wait issue and they need a comfortable area to wait instead of standing for 30 minutes. Bu the store is clean an roomy and easy to access.
