I have been going here since they opened, maybe 20 years ago? Love this place. Always have good service and food. Love that they have call ahead searing, I have their number on speed dial on my cell. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.

My husband and I love going to Carrabas for date night. The food is delicious. Usually very enjoyable. The last time we went the service was not so great, our server was not pleasant and very short. It put a damper on one of our favorite places to frequent.

I was staying at a nearby hotel for sales training for a local healthcare organization, when we decided to walk over to Carrabba’s to grab some food and wine. There were eight professional sales reps, average age being about 45. We ordered several appetizers and a couple of entrees and had three bottles of wine and two beers between all of us, over about a 2 hour period of time. When one of my colleagues asked the server for another bottle of wine, she informed us she wasn’t allowed to give us any more. We were all somewhat in disbelief, as we had LESS than two glasses each. We asked if there was a problem, and she said she wasn’t sure. We were sitting at a large table in the bar area, not in the restaurant portion of the establishment, and the place was fairly empty. It was a Wednesday night. We then asked to speak with the manager, who came out and informed us he would not be serving us any more wine, stating some sort of insurance law mandating the amount of alcohol served per person??? There were EIGHT of us, who had consumed THREE bottles of wine over quite a time period. We left the establishment dumbfounded and appalled. A group of grown adults relaxing after long meetings all day were completely disrespected for no apparent reason. We could not for the life of us figure out what it was that triggered the server and the store manager to treat us in such a way. Next time I’m in town– definitely avoiding Carrabba’s!

Food very good for lunch today, especially the new item, wood fired Italian wings! Yummy, will go back just for those.

It’s in a way out place, but a great meeting ground for friends from Dayton, if you are in Cincinnati. The atmosphere is relaxed. The service is great. They checked on my coffee multiple times, and it was great to see old friends. The chicken linguini is solid. I got the Amore Monday special, which I highly recommend, since it’s a 3 course meal. The soup is slightly salty, can back off a little on the sodium but the calamari is really good. I really like this place. They also play Monday Night Football. Which is pretty cool. For a low key place.

Poor service, poorly kept outdoor seating, spiders and webs throughout. Felt unclean walking in the restaurant. Bar rescue would be a good option. Went for a bottle of wine and decided to order fried calamari, mistake… was dry, like eating paper. The butter lemon sauce was awful, lacking flavor. Roman style pizza was better. The waiter we seemed to hate his job. Not attentive, somewhat rude and lacking in every aspect of a waiter. Felt sorry for him so left 10% gratuity. Will never visit another Carabba’s.

Went for lunch and the service was great. Almost ordered a glass of wine but at $ 8.00 went for tea instead. The fettuccini wezie was creamy and delicious. We had the panna cotta and tiramisu and both were excellent.

We were looking for carbs and empty calories and carrabas delivered. We had the antipasti plate, Caesar salad and lasagne/chicken parmigiana combo. It was about what you would expect! We enjoyed eating out on the patio and the summer sangria. Be careful those drinks catch up on you!

Alas… My favorite chain steakhouse has come to a sad demise at this location. Saddle ing up to the bar as I was dining alone that evening, I ordered my go to here as they have(had) the best shrimp scampi in the world and the sirloin Marsala, normally an unbelievable meal My last visit the perfect French bread for the scampi was replaced with toast points. Now it has diss appeared entirely. Major sad face. Although the quality and cook of the meat was superb, the service left a lot to be desired. After ordering my Ceaser salad the lady next to me ordered the same and was asked if she wanted anchovys. I would’ve loved them on my salad so I asked for some on the side as I had half left. Then came my sirloin Marsala. A beautiful naked piece of steak. No sauce !?! Again I asked for some on the side and it came before I finished my salad. AKA my entrée came way too early.

I love the food, atmosphere, and service I receive every time I step into a Carrabas Restaurant, no matter which location I choose to go. I love the salmon, the soups and salads, and my most recent favorite the Chicken Marsala. The Chicken Marsala comes with mushrooms and a sauce and a choice of a side– mashed potatoes, vegetables, and asparagus, just to name a few. The Italian soda is an all time favorite of mine as well, great kids menu, and overall I just love it. Great place for family, or romantic date night.

Got take out here while traveling for work. My cheese-sticks were burnt, my lasagna was ice cold, and it was a to go order without silverware. Not impressed at all.

So good! I’ve been going here ever since I could sit up, literally. The food and service is amazing and very kid friendly. Carrabas is casual and great for families and celebrations or just a night out. I always get the lobster ravioli which is so yummy. Also the chicken parm, mussels, calamari, and any pasta you get is also very tasty. Definitely a go-to restaurant and is always on the top of my families dinner choices.

Carrabbas used to be so good Tonight my sirloin Marsala was over cooked with barely any sauce on it. The dessert rosa I had was dried out cake with a cream feeling that was congealed sand like texture. Overall just not the quality it used to be

So we all went there for my moms birthday. We went rather early for dinner around 5 and got seated right away. There was really no one else in the place but it still took about 15 minutes before our server even came and got our drink order. When he finally did come over he was rude. Didn’t apologize. And took my moms salad before she was done. He kept reaching over my plate to get to my husband glass to refill it and didn’t say excuse me or anything. The food was great hit the service sucked!!!

I feel like Carrabba’s food has gone down in quality in the last several years. While I am excited to have another lunch option in Deerfield — I wish the food was better. For the amount of money I pay for their food — I could go elsewhere and probably get an even better meal for less money. Service is off and on at this place too… too bad because I loved Carrabba’s.

What a mediocre experience. My lunch — apart from being absolutely tiny was just thrown onto the plate. The dish was $ 12 and maybe the size for a five-year-old. Zero flavor other than salt. Can not think of a reason to ever go back

I’ve read the other reviews & I’m shocked that people had bad service at this location! We’ve always had excellent service here… we go about once a month. The managers usually stop by each table to make sure everyone is doing well. The food is wonderful! My old stand-by is the Chicken Bryan but I love trying the seasonal favorites too… Beef Short Ribs & Pork Skewers were a hit! I always get some of the Sausage Lentil Soup… even if it’s take home… I love that stuff! The Chicken Noodle is good too. Tried the Chicken Marsala tonight & it was delicious! I have to say I’m not a big fan of the deserts. Terimisu, some kind of brownie & whip cream thing were disappointing. But had some ice cream with pecans & Carmel… that was pretty yummy! Mixed drinks are done well & nice wine selection. All in all we continue to go back for great food & service! We recommend this to our friends & family!

We were very upset with our service at this location. We had been to other Carrabba’s locations before, but never had an experience like this. First off, it took a good 15+ minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. When we finally did get our drinks it was after another table got their alcoholic beverages. The server over all had a pretty snotty and bad attitude. She acted like it was such a burden to even refill our drink glasses. I wish i could say that the food made up for the bad service, but honestly it was quite sub par for the prices, and pretty small servings. The grilled chicken dish that I got, was charred to a crisp, and had a hint of a butane taste! Yuck! I didn’t even bother sending it back, as I knew the server would have a bad attitude, and we really just wanted to get out of there at that point. If you are in the mood for Italian food, and wish to go to a chain restaurant I would go to Olive Garden, or maybe even try another Carrabba’s location before this one!

We experienced one of the worst times at any restaurant, at this location. The server was horrible, made us feel like we were a bother. We waited 15 minutes before getting our waters & soda; which was served after an older couple, which had been seated at least 5 minutes after us, they had ordered wine, so they got better service apparently. Also I sat there without my water refilled for at least 10 minutes, had to take a drink from my wife’s. Every time she came by our table she had a crappy attitude and caught her roll her eyes more than once. Food was pathetic for the prices, especially for being an Italian restaurant, which it makes a mockery of. You may think I am being a bit rash, but when I have been working in the industry, got my ServSafe license and then go to a place and get treated like that, I make sure to leave a comment!
