Love it! Family loved it. Food awesome. Must do when in town! We go every-time we’re on vaca! Parking great. Staff great. Bowling can be a wait sometimes, so go check in and eat while you wait…

The bartender, Meredith, was rude! No need for that when you only have 3 people sitting at your bar. You should welcome my request for a drink! Very poor representation for your business Bobby Burnes. This isn’t the first time I have encountered her rudeness there either, but it will be the last!

Service is fantastic and food is amazing! The prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Not often you can say the food is actually good at a bowling alley.

This rating is based on the fact that a restaurant on the cape would shut out locals for a function on a FRIDAY night. We understand a Tuesday or Wednesday, but a Friday? Willing to spend the money on the over priced beer and apparently they don’t give a shit about the locals. It is about who pays the most. Like any other business on the cape, they get spoiled by tourists and forget the ones who pay the bills year round

So my friend visiting me from San Diego and I wanted to take him Bowling because I love going to The Lanes so a few of us went and basically I forgot there was a Bowling Tournament but we had time to get in a game why not, gotta have fun on vacation So went to counter and no hello nothing basically in the rudest tone Dawn«YOUNEEDTOPLAYNOW» there is a tournament at 7 it was 6.18pm I’m gonna say we had time Then I believe her name is Lindsey wow she’s a trip sitting on her office chair asked names her face looked like GODMYLIFESUCKSAND I HATEDEALINGWITHTHESECUSTOMERS I’m guessing just by her FROWN Then asked for size of shoes she basically wheeled herself to each size we requested God forbid if she could get up off her chair and physically go and grab them I will give the lanes a rest I will make it know to my friends about the unpleasant service I am not one to complain but my friend from SD was appalled and does not want to return to your establishment… And he runs a restaurant/bar and would not tolerate it with his staff. Anyway that’s it

When it rains, we flock to the bowling alley! We reserved two lanes for our group of 8 and in our 1.5 hours, we bowled a little over 2 games. This was the fastest and easiest bowling I’ve ever experienced! They only have 10 lanes, and they are very technologically advanced, as far as bowling goes: the pins are connected to ‘strings,’ which allows them to be reset with greater speed. Sadly, it took me almost 2 games to figure out which ball weight was best for me, but we all had a blast! The machine allows you to customize your dominant hand and gives you recommendations on how to throw the second ball to obtaining a spare(if you have that level of skill). It also can set bumpers by bowler, so you don’t have to do it all-or-none! The bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. While we didn’t order any food, our server was very helpful and attentive. If I’m ever back in the Cape on another rainy day, find me at the Lanes!

What to do on a rainy day on the Cape! Go bowling… The Lanes Bowl and Bistro is your one stop shop for a good time with drinks and food. The atmosphere is unlike your traditional bowling lane. The Lanes brings more of a friendly/friendly but yet competitive vibe. The Lanes bring in people from your first time bowlers, kids and people that just want to have fun. Likes: — Atmosphere — Lanes are well kept — Bar is well kept with a big drink selection — Good Food — Prices are reasonable Food/Drinks: — Cheesesteak… I would rate their cheesesteak top 5 in my book and I’ve eaten a lot of cheese steak sandwiches. The side salad is good as well. — As mentioned before the bar has a big selection of beer and liquor. Good selection of beer from New England breweries. I had the Grapefruit beer from Vermont Brewery, I wish I can find this beer in NY. Overall I had a great time. For not having gone bowling in a long time, i’m glad to visit The Lanes to bring back my bowling passion :)

My Caesar salad sucked! Kids spaghetti sauce was just huge chunks of tomatoes, meatballs were just ok and lukewarm yet Mac & cheese was boiling hot and just ok. Husband liked the steak & cheese sub and fries. Waitress gave me wrong wine or she just rang up more expensive one, she was ok but didn’t see her for 20 min or so after runner brought food. We saw the busboy more than her. Lol. He was a little quick to grab plates before you were done. It was trivia night… we left after the first question but it didn’t interest me anyway. I’m sure at some point we will return but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

Wrote a tip but meant to do a review! Great place I lived there when you opened! Went with my friends a few times. We made reservations and the food and drinks were great! Love the atmosphere! I now live in Key West Fl nothing like that here come build us one! We have no bowling alleys here I think it would do great!

I can’t speak to anything other than their flat bread. As a local who crazes pizza, normally late at night, The Lanes was the only thing open and serving. Picked up two flat breads around 11:30pm. They are good size and they were amazing! Seriously, I didn’t have high hopes for this as I assumed it was«bowling alley» food, but man, was I wrong. I’ve been back several times since to pick up flat breads, and they never disappoint. I have actually never been inside, I always drive and send someone in, but I hear it’s pretty nice. I’m going to have to check it out one of these days.

A absolute blast, burgers + bowling! What could be more glorious! Such a fun time for anyone with a family. The food was great, the bowling was such a fun experience. The sauces on the pretzel sticks are a bit weak, but everything else was better than I expected.

As a bowling alley, what more could you ask for? We came here right when they re-opened after the Juno storm to fight off some cabin fever. Everyone we dealt with was extremely polite and welcoming. The waiter was attentive and friendly, and the women at the front desk gave us 5 extra minutes of bowling 2 times in row so we could finish the last game we had started. We did the Wednesday family night deal that included a cheese pizza and wings. The wings were awesome! — Really meaty and great Buffalo sauce. And they had a great selection of alcohol, including a good list of mixed drinks. It’s not a huge place so I could see it having quite a wait in the summer, but for us it was perfect.

Too noisy for us. More of a bar atmosphere. Bowling is always busy. Food is Bobby Byrnes fare. Its ok but not a favorite.

7 hour wait to bowl on 4th of July weekend?! I understand that it’s a busy weekend on the Cape, and we chose a rainy day. but 7 hours just seems too extreme. I cannot believe people actually wait that long, unless they check in in the morning then go home and come back. In any case, we did not bowl. But, we did play the bocce and corn hole games outside(in the rain, yes, we were not going to waste the drive out to Mashpee once we heard the bowling wait and do nothing). So, I love the concept of this place — bowling, bocce, corn hole, drinks, food. But, I hope next time the wait is a bit more reasonable.

We love it here! I’ve been a few different nights for food and drinks. They have a great outdoor patio which is amazing in the nice weather, they even have some games to play with friends. We never seem to have a wait and the service is quick. I like the cocktail selection too. Definitely check it out for a fun casual place with friends.

Food was great but there was an incredible wait for the bowling lanes. We arrived before 4pm but had to wait for our lane until almost 6pm. They told us that we had to pay $ 35 instead of $ 25 because it was past 5 even though we had been there waiting. This was a total rip off, not the best policy. As we were bowling the marionette pins kept getting intertwined and took at times up to 2 minutes to reset. The timer on the lane kept running, also a rip off. The atmosphere was great but again the wait and cost was ridiculous.

They serve Cape Code Beach Blonde! Best beer ever. That gives them an A+ in my book! In addition to being a bowling alley with full menu and full bar, they often have live music which is fantastic. We tried the fried asparagus and the pizza, both of which were excellent. Food prices are a tiny bit on the high side, but that can be expected in the Commons and for the convenience. Perhaps when we actually go to bowl, as opposed to going for the music, I’ll give the coveted fifth star!

I was early for a meeting in Mashpee so stopped in Mashpee Commons searching for a quick bite. Not a huge Panera fan so walked next to to Lanes. It was pretty quiet so I grabbed a bar seat and ordered a cup of soup. The place is mint clean, shining like a brand new penny. The concept is really cool with a fun bowling alley in back. I perused the menu and was intrigued. My soup was fine, nothing amazing but it filled me up. It was a light basic broth with a few tortellinis and a bit more veggies than I love but again, it was fine. Great server. It did take a long time to get the soup.

The Lanes Bowl and Bistro is a welcome new addition to Mashpee. We took my nephews(5 and 8) on a recent day off. We were a group of five when my sister joined us after we bowled. The lanes are at the back, modern, with all the screens and technology you need. Since we had the little ones, we made use of the lane bumpers. It was cool they could program them to only go up when the kids bowled, and go back down when the adults did. They had a ramp for the youngest as well. The Lanes are 10-pin only, which is an adjustment for me, since I grew up on the Cape only bowling candlepin. You can pay per game or per hour. On a weekday an hour is $ 20, which isn’t too bad; shoes are $ 4(kinda steep). After we bowled we got a table in the front section and had some desserts. The ice cream sandwiches were delicious(an order actually comes with 4 mini-sandwiches, so it’s definitely one to share). My sister had heard they had ice cream floats, which didn’t turn out to be on the menu, but the server was able to accommodate and make us one… great customer service. As far as décor goes, I appreciated the«Vintage Industrial» look the place is going for. They’ve done a great job incorporating recycled/re-purposed items to be more«green.» I also liked the idea that their beers are all from New England(I try to choose whatever is local no matter where I am). As a matter of fact, all beers and soft drinks are on tap, reducing waste from bottles and cans.(I read that on the website after the manager or owner commented on a previous review!) The kids got a kick out of the giant fan. I hear they have live music on the weekend, so we may have to go back for a different atmosphere some evening(especially if they get Glasstown in again… we’re fans!) While prices may prevent the Lanes from becoming an everyday hang-out, it seems to be filling a much-needed niche in the area for somewhere fun, modern and hip for both adults and families to hang out. Well-done.
