Sweet Bean Treats

Went here when it was in the South Cape Plaza to pick up some macarons for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I contacted them on Facebook and requested 6 macarons (2 strawberry, 2 red velvet, 2 vanilla). Though they did not have them in the store, they were kind enough to make them for me. These macarons were SO delicious and huge! It only took 1 to fill me up! And only $ 2/​macaron. My boyfriend and I loved them! Thank you!

Love Sweet Bean!!! The owners are the nicest and the desserts are AMAZING! Ive had custom made sugar cookies bought for me twice and they were wonderful! I cannot wait to see when she comes up with for my wedding dessert table!

This fabulous bakery just opened up over the summer and I happily stumbled upon it one afternoon. At first I wasn’t sure if I was in a bakery or in my grandmother’s kitchen! The smell of homemade goodness was everywhere and that smell did not let down my taste buds!
My first indulgence there was a German chocolate cupcake! A wonderfully moist cupcake with delicious German chocolate frosting on top. This so brought me back to when I was a boy, when my mother would make something very similar. This cupcake is one of my favorites but there are many other items which to choose from which are equally delicious. There Whoopi pies and 7 layer bars are sloop yummy!
A large assortment of fresh homemade cookies are baked daily right in the shop! In fact cookies are one of their specialties! From your standard oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies — to cookies that are special ordered for unforgettable occasions like weddings birthdays and anniversaries! They do it all.
The staff is warm and friendly! They treat you more like family then they treat you like customers and in this day and age that is very refreshing! And if you have a special request I’m certain they would do there best to help you! As the holidays approach I know I’ll be calling on them to help me with my holiday baking needs!
I hope you will give them opportunity to accommodate your sweet tooth ways! I know my sweet tooth will be returning to them again and again!
