I am so pleased that, thanks to a woman in the jewelry department at Fred Meyer’s, I found Wagner’s Jewelers! I have two Fossil watches, both of which needed batteries. After a «meh» experience with watch kiosk in the Everett mall I was hoping to find a more local and friendly place to get the second battery replaced. Wagner’s did it for less money and more quickly. Today when I realized that they had forgotten to put the back on the watch (!!!) I called them in a panic and not only did they have the back they had tried to find the owner of the watch but didn’t have my number. They apologized profusely, replaced the back and then gave me a free battery for a very old Seiko I had brought along. I am VERY happy with the whole thing despite the mistake. And that’s what good customer service is all about. I would recommend Wagner’s to anyone needing a watch battery replaced and for any other jewelry needs as well. Thanks, Wagner’s! You guys are great!

My husband and I choose to purchase my new upgraded wedding ring from these guys after doing a ton of shopping around. Not only where they super knowledgable, amazingly patient and well priced but they had options no one else had. I have a tension band with a large diamond squeezed inside the band, no traditional setting, and I’ve never seen anyone with anything even close to it. That’s hard to come by in the world of wedding rings. That was over 8 years ago, since then he’s purchased anniversary bands for me there at great prices. Every 6 months I go in for my free cleaning and ring check and everyone is still as nice as they were the day we dropped over 10k in the store. And today while having my rings cleaned I found a beautiful bracelet unlike anything I’ve seen before and snapped it up. I could not say enough great things about this locally owned and operated store. Buy from them and you’ll never be disappointed. Regardless of price point. 5 stars is not enough!

Back in Dec, we were looking for a local jeweler and based on the one other fantastic review, we planned to go to Wagner Jewelers to get my engagement ring set. Well things went awry on our end when unbeknownst to me, my diamond was stuck in transit with the horrible winter weather. We had been dreaming of a Christmas engagement, but my fiancé was unable to get my diamond until Christmas Eve!!! Wagner Jewelers were gracious enough to set my ring on the spot in time for a Christmas eve proposal — making our dreams come true! It looks beautiful, they were extremely inexpensive considering and we are now having them re-​size my ring. I could not be more thankful!

This family owned jewelry store earned a lifetime customer today and I will be sure to tell all my friends. I am getting married on Sunday and needed a ring resized that I purchased somewhere else. They were booked out 2 weeks. They told me for express fee I could have it done today. The owner waived the express fee and I’m so excited to have my rings fit for such a special occasion! Thank you!!!
