The Home Depot

As a hobby woodworker I’m always working on something. Which means I’m at the Marysville Home Depot at least 3 times a week. And being a woman in this kind of store I’m usually treated like I don’t know what I’m doing or what I’m really looking for. But not here. Here I’m treated like family. There’s always someone close enough to ask if I need help but I’m still respected enough where they’re not in my face trying to tell me what I’m looking for, how to do it or trying to sell me the more expensive model. Here I’m treated like I know what I’m doing and that I’m capable of doing it. Every body that works here are the nicest friendliest people in town. I could always go to Lowes. But why would I when I’m treated so much better at Home Depot.
I have to say it’s my favorite store in Marysville!

Been here too many times to count. Pretty much the same as other HD locations– big selection, decent prices, good service. I can usually find what I need, and when I’ve needed help they’ve always been friendly and knowledgeable. They’ll cut wood for you (I believe there’s a charge beyond two cuts.) Definitely a place I’ll be back to.

Service with a smile is what you get at the Marysville Home Depot. Being a homeowner, I’ve frequented this HD several times. The service here is what really stands out to me. For example; Tonight I went to HD to find orange lightbulbs for my coach lights on the front of my house (Lowe’s didn’t have them) and maybe some pumpkins for the front porch. So I went to HD and low and behold they have them. I didn’t have a cart with me and have a heavy pumpkin in each hand and lighbulbs under my arm. I’m looking frantically for a cart before I dropped a pumkin and a worker saw this and said hold on & literally RAN to get me a cart. He said here you go… is there anything else I can do for you? Um, no thanks mister. So I browse around and 2 other people greet me, ask how I’m doing and if there’s anything I need help with.
Now I will admit. I do think Lowe’s has a better selection when it comes to holiday décor and home accessories, lighting and generally anything and everything else, BUT HD has a soft spot in my heart and I continue to go here for the service and the good deals. Plus I like Behr paint that they carry. I’m a fan for sure!
