I was having issues with my S5 on Friday and went in here to see if they could help me figure it out. I came in 30 minutes before closing so I was «that person.» Everyone here was so friendly and patient. I worked with Trevor, Jiang, and Faith. Faith had only been there a week but you would never know it, She is a pro. Never once did any of them make me feel in a rush because they were going to close the store.
I wound up upgrading my phone to the edge 6 +. I love it. I got a case, screen protector and wireless charger. I had issue with the screen protector because in all reality a curved screen is horrible for a screen protector. I took the phone back in that Saturday and they took it back and refunded my money, no issues at all.
I would HIGHLY recommend the folks at this location. It is brand spanking new and they have plenty of staff to handle it.
