I’m pretty sure if you live in Marysville and are looking for insurance. that this place will most likely never come across your list. In fact. I have a feeling that most patrons who use Duke Insurance for their policies and coverage are 60+ in age and probably have never even heard of Unilocal.
My husband and I used progressive at the time, and used Duke Insurance to cover our Renters insurance.
Multiple experiences in this office can be filed in the «annoyance» category. The owner’s wife who works the front desk is about as cold as a clam with little customer service. You’re likely to be answered with short and sharp «Mmhmm“s. Another thing was that the staff seemed technologically inept… never being able to get anything to work on their computers. Multiple times. I kid you not… We called and their voice mail system was completely full for weeks. Good luck getting a hold of someone!
Here’s the real kicker folks…
We have had a different renters insurance policy through a different company since August. Well. we somehow keep getting billing notices from Duke’s despite the fact we have cancelled not once, not twice, not three times… possibly even more than FIVE TIMES. We have called them to cancel our policy… We have even PHYSICALLY stopped into their offices (30 miles from where I currently LIVE) to cancel the policy and are always told. «We’ll take care of it!»
So guess what? This month… ANOTHER FLIPPING BILL!!!
How is that even possible?! Shame on me clearly for thinking that this was a competent Insurance agent to begin with.
