Better get your carpets cleaned by home vacuum. These guys will come for visit and try to throw options which will bring the price of carpet cleaning form 29/room to 69/room, all gimmicks to fool customer. Worst part is there equipment its just a normal steam vacuum, nothing gets cleaned and you will be left with wet carpets for several hours(5 – 7). Don’t even call them you will feel looted.

Please don’t get sucked in by their pretty website — this is a 3rd rate operation — not sure how this exactly operates, but you can find much much better. The carpet cleaner showed up in a beat up mini van, and used basically equipment not any better than renting a rotorooter unit at the grocery store. Needless to say paying $ 350 to clean my house while not bad given the size, is not a great deal and the results were not very good. I think about as good as using a cheap store bought unit. I would expect much much better from a commercial cleaning operation. When I first made the appointment I thought this was a locally run company/web site… my mistake for not researching better. Lesson learned.

Worst experience ever! I scheduled a move-out carpet cleaning. When our property manager went to check out our house the day the new tenants were to move in, they contacted me and said that it appeared as though the carpet cleaners never made it out(I was not home for the cleaning). I contacted the company requesting an invoice of the services to provide to the property manager. When the tenants moved in, they said the exact same thing as well as there was food particles on the carpet… I contacted the company and requested a call from the supervisor at which point I was yelled at for complaining about the quality of service. I also asked the following, «After a carpet cleaning, should there no longer be food particles on a carpet?» They basically admitted that the carpet had not been cleaned when they said«Obviously not.» I have filed a claim with my credit card company as they have refused a refund(even though their invoice doesn’t have a refund policy)… they did in fact offer a re-do but with their hostile attitude, I am no longer interested in them servicing us. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. STAYAWAY! YOUHAVEFAIRWARNING!

Put on hold for almost 5 minutes. Made an appointment with the third party(i am presuming it was a third party contracter) who called me and agreed to 12−1pm. They showed up unannounced early at 11:30 I was out doing errands. He called my house, and talked to my husband who is disabled and cannot come to the door. He told them I wasnt back yet, and on this info they proceeded to wait 2 minutes before calling back, and agreeing that the contractor would wait 5 minutes for me, no more. He didnt wait the full 5 minutes before calling back and asking about when I was coming. I showed up at 11:55 right on time for my appointment, and they had already left. Called the operator and they did nothing but try to blame me. The ISSUE was I needed my carpets cleaned, but instead they were trying to solve«Who to pin the blame on» putting me on hold calling their contracters. Horrible company. They quoted me $ 69 for a room and a hall. I went with Blue Ribbon Hopefully they will do better they are coming out tomorrow.

This company was horrible, we were doing a move out carpet cleaning, the guy came and liked at the carpets and said it looked pretty clean he did not recommend a deep shampoo. I said ok. He asked if I wanted the deodorizer I went back and forth and then said yes. Well when I went to look at it after he’d left and the carpet looked the same if not worse. When I called them on it he LIED and said he recommended the shampoo but I said no because of the cost! We never discussed the cost nor did he suggest the shampoo. I tried to call management on three different occasions and still no call back! Save your money I was over charged(190) two bedroom town home and all they used was water and the carpets are still dirty. Their customer service as well as their work is terrible.
