The tall guy in the store is really helpful. I forgot my usb from home and it is a long way to go but i had my work in my email and he asked me to send him to his email and got it printed out for me. I really appreciated that

Every time I go into this fedex store, never get greeted… and the guy that works there acts like he doesn’t want to be there!!! I was looking for a big box to send something back. We need to bring customer service back !!!

Just like every other FedEx Office. Staff is as helpful as they need to be. Everything is straightforward. Only drawback is this store is smaller, so not as fully stocked. And no USPS drop? WTH?
