I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about, I found the staff very helpful and courteous. No rudeness at all. Dr. Banister is great and very open-​minded and seems to really care about his patient’s health and well being. The facility is in need of some updating, but that’s not a big deal. They were pretty crowded, but that’s to be expected when they’re only open a few days a week.

I’ve been going here for a few years it has always been a pleasant experience but this year was different. The office assistant they have seems very young and doesn’t act like she knows what she is doing. Disorganized and confused. I agree with the other reviews, unfriendly place. They have gone downhill and I will not be returning next year. Will start making the drive to Chico.
