Very nice office with very nice staff. Except one time About a year ago I ran into a conflict with my insurance and copay, and the girl at the front desk was kind of rude to me and made me feel like a child. I had to reschedule because they wouldn’t bill me my copay. I just wasn’t prepared with enough cash on hand at the time. So instead of sticking with my regular appt, I was told to reschedule and I kind of walked out angry, wishing she was a little more understanding or nicer about the situation. Anyway, I won’t let that one employee make the whole facility lose a star in the rating because besides that situation, everything else has been awesome. Dr. Agnone was very accommodating and very knowledgable about my eye health.
