Sleazy Sleepy’s. Salespeople must call manager on the telephone to make any decision. Classic car salesman techniques. We asked Mike for a daybed mattress that needed to be thin so it would be a comfortable height for sitting. He found a great deal on a clearance item that was«only 2 inches taller.» When we got it home we found that it was 5″ taller and too high. We did not remove the mattress from its plastic wrapper and took it back to exchange the next day. Mike not available, the manager(via telephone to the new salesman) says no returns on clearance items. Avoid these people!

Having purchased a $ 4500. mattress I think it should last more than a little over six months without your hips sinking in the middle enough that it causes you to wake up. and find your head has slid off your pillow and you wake up with back pain! Furthermore, I think the store should take responsibility and quickly satisfy the customer instead of having them call the 800 number. We were told that a «mattress professional» would handle the situation quickly! Well, guess what… their idea of a «mattress professional» is to assign you a claim number and send you a «piece» of paper to lay across the bed! You take pictures and email them back! WOW !! I just want people to be aware of what and whom they are dealing with!

Josh Thompson Review(JT7466) I walked into Sleepy’s and there was Josh smiling and ready to help. I purchased a mattress several months ago and found that it wasn’t firm enough for me. Josh went through my options; he is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to make a good recommendation. Because I purchased the initial mattress outside of the 21-day grace period he had to call the district to get approval. While on the phone with Charles from district, they worked out a great solution! Josh ensured that I was completely taken care of; his professionalism and knowledge were beyond reproach. He was the only salesperson in the store and extremely busy, but he took his time to ensure I had a great experience and was satisfied with my new mattress! I can’t say enough about how well we were treated by Josh and the Sleepy’s team! Thank you!
