For the money you really can’t beat this place. 55 a night no one here hot tube pool. Very friendly people. I will return again. The rooms are pretty big and the bathroom is a good size also.

Not pleased. Friendly staff was the only highlight of this hotel. A bar is attached to the building and plays LOUD music until 2AM. When I approached the desk clerk about the problem at 11:30PM I was told it only had a few more hours but she would see if they would turn it down…

BEAFRAIDBEVERRRRRRRRYAFRAID!!! BUYERSBEWARE!!! I am at this«motel» RIGHT night now with my wife and daughter. Number ONE rule of thumb when choosing a hotel, pay CLOSE attention to the hotel lobby area!!! Upon arrival for our one night stay, I overlooked the Big froot loop on the ground right in front of the entranceway, had I looked down I might have noticed and opted out of the stay. The front desk attendant was nice, but her boss/owner WAS standing right next to her, so thaat might explain the courtesyness buttttt, he wasn’t a very friendly host, more on him in a bit. They charged the entire stay to my card UP front, bad clue number TWO. We were given a key to a room, and we drove car around to the rear of the motel/hotel combination thing whatever this is, and entered our room ROFL!!! Boy, were we surprised. It appeared that half a Big Mac innerds were left on the table, a made cot was cluttering room, beds were partially made, french fries on the floor, plastic cups scattered about the room, garbage cans were full, bathroom had opened and spilling out toothpastes and melty soaps on the sinks, hair in the tub and something is up with these what I can only describe as toilets rejected from a NASA experiment gone wrong, How the F*** do you flush it, and why is the round flush button once you figure it out have a big button and a small button, too afraid to push the small button, I may tomorrow just to experiment. When i called the front desk about the room not being serviced we waited over 15 minutes for her to make herself shown to inspect to see if we were lying. Then she apologized and simply said«we had some problems today getting all the rooms clean.» That was BS because someone had been in that room to clean just chose not to, that was obvious to us all. She directed us to the room next door and wentin first without allowing us to follow her in, then popped her head out and said«this one is clean.» Well, it was«cleaner» i suppose, but the floors were NOT vacuumed in the least, hair in the sink and a ring around the space toilet. The two QUEEN-SIZED were only full sized or double whicher is smaller because they werent much bigger than twin beds. So after deliberating with my family for a few minutes, we decided that we did NOT want to stay here, so I told wife to pack up and pull car to front of the building while i make the long walk to the front desk, I verrry politely asked for a refund to my card stating that we were unsatisfied and had only been in the«Clean» room less than 10 minutes, it was a smoking room, so before we left wife and i smoked one cigarette, for which my wife did flush the butts and cleaned the ashtray, nothing else was touched out of pure fear of catching something, I am sure the sheets are the same ones used last night, I cannot verify this but the experience is dictating it to me. The front desk lady was ordered by her Pakistani(not used as a derrogatory statement her, only to describe the mean treatment I was about to recieve) to go inspect the room to «ensure nothing was used, for which I admitted we smoked a cigarette(in a smoking room) and we cleaned the ashtray. He said we could NOT receive a refund because we used the ashtray(this is NOT a joke) I assured him it was clean and nothing else was touched and after about 20 minutes the front desk lady confirmed this. He said no refund becaue now the entire room would need to be cleaned, I should have said ok go f-ing clean it for us then. So, with my money spent, no refund coming back to me, I figured screw it we’ll stay, they had a nice looking pool and jacuzzi afterall, which my daughter was excited about. She asked me to come to the pool with her so we went. Thank God I wore my coat, because it was colder in the pool area than it was outside, literally, the pool area is like an uninsulated warehouse which would trap any cold air, but my daughter said the jacuzzi and pool were heated, no towels there though so she walked back tothe room dripping wet, room only had 2 towels which daughter had to use to dry herself, so wife and I had no towels for showers and an additional charge will be added for more towels so I figured stinky and dirty wouldnt kill us. So, that is all for now, I can prolly give an update at a later date about the morning once it comes, but stay clear of this disaster and stay at the Super 8 hotel right next door, it is also an economical hotel, but in order to hold the name, they have to have some standards, This place makes up there own standards, so stay clear, and goodnite, don’t let the bedbugs bite, and please if you read this tonight please wish me the same thing!!!

My company had training in Falling Waters, WV and someone had the idea to block some rooms here since they were the only ones that can accomodate our training class. It’s funny, when 90% of us checked out after the first night, we all found rooms right away. I’m not going to go into too much detail, but if I were, I would mention, roaches, smell of sewage, white socks turning brown after walking on the carpet, etc. I should’ve known when they charged the whole stay up front that something was wrong.
