C & L Window Tinting

I just recently took my car here to have a whole new stereo system put in. A double din touchscreen receiver with nav/​bluetooth/​cd/​dvd/​etc., new fosgate speakers front and back, they said I needed a maestro for my steering controls to work so I got that too. I got every last thing they needed to just put it in. well first, they charged me double for labor than what they told me when I went there a few days before. and said it was bc shoestrings were in my door??? Like what??? Even if that was true, That woulda cost me 200 $?? Then when I got home and tried to open my door, it wouldn’t
after taking apart my door, the cable was broken. when I called and asked I was told «yea, we had a problem with opening that driver side door» my response” it was the passenger door” then he says to bring it back and they’ll get it to open. what, rig it up to break again??? Anyways. later that evening, I opened my trunk and saw wires hanging almost to the floor from the speakers they just put it. like, if I were to put groceries in my trunk it would pull the wires out? Like what’s the excuse for that poor job? Now, I dropped my car off at 9am.4pm came and I have heard nothing, so I figured they closed at 5 so I headed over to pick it up, maybe they had my number wrong. I get there at 4:30 & I’m told they r just finishing up… an hour later I get home and find all this mess!!! I had been so excited for this day. I never do anything nice for myself and could not wait for this to be done. Now I have more repair costs that is unnecessary! Now I have to waste more of my time bc people wanted to rush. I have heard about this place since high school, 20 yrs ago, I never had money to go there myself but never heard anything bad. Idk if it’s a different owner now or what but I never thought I’d leave there with such a poorly done job and so disappointed!!!
