My drink was good, tasty and hot. The reason for three stars was the lack of cleanliness at this Starbucks. The bathroom floor was sticky. The floor had bits of trash all over. The sugar and creamer bar had no napkins and had not been wiped down in a while. The store was not so busy that a team member could not make the rounds and tidy things up.

I HATE this starbucks with a serious passion. My pet peeves are starbucks that lack customer service. This one does. We walked in as usual because it’s the only starbucks in the area and right on the way to Walmart. This snotty cashier and barista didn’t welcome us usual. My grandma had this christmas ticket thing for starbucks for a promotion that they did. My grandma gave them the promotional card, then this snotty girl with nasty attitude said«We don’t do that anymore» «It’s over now» and then throws the card in the trash and never makes eye contact again. The cashier apologized which is why they get two stars. Also this starbucks has NO parking ever. There’s WAY too many stores in the lot. Thank goodness my grandma has a handicap placard so we could at least find a spot, even though it’s at the end of the lot. There’s also some funky seats against the wall. I wouldn’t sit in those seats for free. People always standing next to you in line and in your business. It’s ok though three quarters of the workers won’t work there in a few months as most starbucks have HORRIBLE management. Management has always been a problem with nearly every starbucks I’ve been to frequently. Most of the nice workers are there for a year or so because of the college funds starbucks supports them with. It’s always a sad moment when I walk into the starbucks and people leave that I liked and were nice. Also there’s no outdoor seating. Most of the people that end up buying starbucks sit at chipotle. I can’t lie though, some starbucks and good burritos sounds pretty good at the moment. Go to a different one.

The wife and I decided to try the drive thru which we never do. We ordered the spiced cider which we were craving and they were all out! So people pulled up behind us and we had to wait for 8 mins before the line cleared out ahead of us so that we could escape from the line. Someone should probably order enough product to have what customers want. This is the second Starbucks that we’ve been to that has been out of cider. The other was Placerville.

Went through drive-thru & ordered 3 kids’ hot chocolate, a coffee for myself and 3 bagels. The employee immediately became rude with me, over the speaker, when he realized my order. When I pulled up to the window the employee who took my order was complaining about how tired he was of all these large orders(it’s 8 a.m. in the morning, Christmas month!!!) The rest of the employees began complaining about how much they’ve been working, how busy they have been and how tired they are! The employees at this Starbucks have never been friendly(a smile would be nice), but today was pretty bad! Really, really rude!!! Maybe Starbucks should hire people that would appreciate their job and more importantly A LOT more friendly!!! :/

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times, twice through the drive thru and today went inside the store. Every experience I’ve had the staff has been very friendly and helpful. As I walked in the store today I was greeted by the nearest barista and each interaction with different employees was warm and not forced. At 8:15am on a Tuesday there was no line inside, I think a lot of people opt for drive thru but it was easy to find parking and walk in and out. The drive thru can take longer but that’s with any drive thru. It would be nice if they could keep the boards up to date with the Holiday items, I went at the end of Fall hoping for the toasted graham latte to find they had sold out but had not yet noted it or removed it from the drive thru menu.

Lines a long because all you people all have to be at the same place at the same time! P. S.- you left your brooms behind! Staff here is diligent and the best group of multitasking individuals I have seen. Busy is a good thing!

Today I purchased a Gingerbread tea latte that had no gingerbread taste at all. I guess that part was forgotten. Unfortunately, I didn’t even take a taste of the drink until I was on my way to work and did not have time to go back. This location tends to be pretty slow in service with a long wait in the drive through or inside. I will go to the other location in Martinez from now on IF I even bother. I can make myself plain tea anytime.

Longest lines for any Starbucks I’ve ever been to… Drive through takes about 20 mins.

Starbucks is starbucks. It’s pretty much the same everywhere I go. But what I learned today is that I will be avoiding Starbucks on weekend mornings and will never come to this location for the drive through. This starbucks is in a strip mall parking lot, so i was surprised when I even saw that they had a drive through. The drive through line was so congested that the whole parking lot was backed up, and it took me a couple minutes just to get in and park. I didn’t even want to try the drive through line since I only had 15 minutes until I had to be at work. They weren’t as slow as my last starbucks experience, but with the long weekend morning line, I made it to work barely on time.

While my orders are generally correct it seems like the employees here are more concerned with socializing than getting the line down and working fast. Friendly people but no real sense of urgency which you generally expect when u enter a coffee shop.

Needed my coffee fix before heading home after an evening hike on Mt Wanda, and the only coffee place open«late» at night(9pm) on a Saturday was this Starbucks! Luckily they have a drive thru so I could grab and go!

I love this Starbucks and I always go here bcuz it’s right near the freeway towards Highway 4 so it makes sense to stop over here. I never had a problem getting the wrong drinks but the next time I go here I’m going to double check and taste my drank before leaving. There was a line for more than 8 cars in front of me. And 6 behind me. So when I had my drank and left the parking lot it was the wrong drink. The problem is there’s not much parking at all bcuz the Chipotle and Dollar Tree is also in the same plaza. I give it a 3 star bcuz of the disappointment I received today. Next time I’ll be checking my drink first before actually leaving.

I’ll go back to four stars. Generally, service is quick and with a smile. Sure, there are off days, but the«bad» baristas aren’t there anymore. I think I said this in a previous review, but it bears repeating. I think this location is a training ground for new baristas. There’s always turnover and new people coming in. Many times, the drive-thru line is really long. There are many more baristas«reserved» for drive-thru customers, leaving only one person at the cash register and one barista making drinks for customers who go inside. Even so, they’re relatively timely. I’ve never used the drive-thru at this location.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 8 months now and have never had a single problem with my order or service. The staff are always so friendly and playful. I look forward to making my order as much as receiving it. Keep it up, gals(and a few guys).

Service was fast in the drive-thru, although the litter & cigarette butts could use some cleaning. The drive thru staff were incredibly nice & helpful, ran out front to get me an egg salad sandwich! My drink also tested good, and order was correct! It’s hard to get into the parking lot because it’s so small & they’re doing construction right now, but it’s worth the wait & such a convenient location right next to Chipotle!

There is generally a long line, both for the drive thru and inside. However, from my experience, both lines move quickly. The baristas, who make me a grande americano with a pump of sugar-free hazelnut, are always nice.

This place is always busy but they seem to get orders out to their best ability and remain semi-unstressed/friendly. He only reason they don’t have 5 stars is because of the long lines which make longer than normal waits. Great internet speed.

Went thru drive thru around 6 pm tonite. 2x they have not had macha green tea to make my green tea frapp. Really? How can they run out 2x? Mentioned it to person taking orders asked him why he said i don’t know i am not the ordering person. Never been to a starbucks that ran out of stuff. Maybe somebody should look into the ordering at this location! Going to take my business to another location. Ok i went back 3rd time no tea! Had to edit my Unilocal review!
