The crew at Servpro was awesome. We had a leak which caused some water damage. Everyone was friendly. They were always punctual. They were accommodating schedule wise. They did a great job removing all the damaged areas and containing everything. They always cleaned up after themselves. Thanks Servpro!

Hello All, I just have to say, if you live in the Martinez area and looking to get air duct or carpet cleaning, don’t use coit or stanly steamer ANYMORE!!! There’s a green truck in town that does all that and more!!! Serve pro is a water restoration company that also does air duct and carpet cleaning!!! After doing child care for over 20 years and tried Coit and Stanley Steamer for years, I will NEVER use them again!!! Serve pro got my carpets cleaner than they have ever been before! The customer service is amazing! Theresa was very professional and polite on the phone when booking my appointment and sent Rick Botsford out here immediately for an estimate. The guys were all very professional and got the job done perfectly!!! They really took their time to do a great job!!! You just don’t get customer service like that anymore!!!

Very happy with the service provided by Servpro. Promt, effiecent, professional and pleasant to deal with. 2 younger guys came out to work on my flooded condo in Vallejo and did a great job. On the 3^rd day, they must have been very busy as Rick the owner showed up and did the rest of the work himself, he’s not a desk jockey, but out in the trenches. I would highly recommend them, and I am not easy to please at times.

If I ever need another restoration company to come out to my property, Servpro of Martinez is who I would call. They are prompt, responsive, professional and friendly. Having a water loss at your property is such a stressful siuation. Tom was the person I met on site, and he did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done next. In addition, Theresa and Michelle at the office were always in contact with me about the next steps. The owner, Rick, is very professional. Positive, Professional. Guys had all the right equipment, followed through on clean up and good communication with customer. We had a flood and they handled it very well. They came twice a day to check on the progress of the drying. Good Job!

Woke up two days before Christmas to find my home on fire in the middle of the night. Arriving at almost the same time as the fire department, the professionals from Servpro Benicia/​Martinez/​Vallejo arrived ready to take immediate remediation and develop a gameplan for making sure our family was taken care of and how the house was going to be restored. Having never dealt with any type of fire/​water restoration services, and still in shock, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The team from Servpro were beyond amazing, taking the time to also make sure our family, including small children, were safe and calm. This team quickly cleaned our home, making it liveable in the process, and returned it to new in no time. They even handled the interaction with the insurance company & adjusters! i can’t imagine recovering from this loss and crisis without the ServPro team. Needless to say, one month later we had a second home incur a significant water loss. Servpro to the rescue again!
