Came in tonight salad bar was empty waited 20 mins for them to fill it after asking twice and then they forgot to make my pizza after ½ hour went by and had to wait for them to make another worst experience ever here never coming back!!!

Expensive pizza and really stingy with the toppings. Ordered a pepperoni and onion and was disappointed. Next time I ordered double pepperoni and onion. Couldn’t tell the difference. Not going back ever.

Well, came here for lunch today, watched 6 others come in behind me and all the pizza has been gone from their all you can eat bar for 15 mins, we’re all just sitting around waiting for pizza. The salad tastes a bit off but ok. We want pizza though. Not well planned out, lunch stops are short and it should be kept up much better. It was 12: 47 when I arrived it’s now 1:10…still no pizza. Hope it’s good? One pepperoni arrived, gone in 90 secs! Greasie… waiting for another. I got one piece… don’t bother.

Supposed to have order ready by the exact time I showed up according to online order time. Showed up and order wasn’t put in until almost 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Finally got home and there was barely any sauce on the pizza. Also witnessed a blonde woman pizza maker use her gloved finger to dig into her ear. I think I’ll just take the time to make my own pizza from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would! So we use to order pizza all the time from RT, but it started going down hill. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when my husband called in a pizza and breadsticks, but when I went to pick it up there were no breadsticks. The guy argued with me and then said he’d make them, I didn’t have enough time to wait so I declined. I then went to make a salad, but they were out if ranch. I was told it would be 10 minutes because they had to make it in the back, well at this point I could have waited for breadsticks. I wait for ranch, no breadsticks, and get to my car when I open the pizza. The pizza isn’t what we ordered. I go back in and ask for a manager who isn’t available. After talking with a guy that worked there he argues with me that we did order this pizza(really thin crust) I told him NO and said just refund me. The refund took several days. So friday night I was feeling lazy and wanted pizza delivered and I call RT — BIGMISTAKE! placed my order and tried to catch the guy for last min soda order, but he hung up. I called back and was told for me to add soda they would have to recharge my entire order and I’d get credit in 3 to 5 days. Well I said NO! I thought about it and then called back and said I’d pay cash. They bring the pizza w/no plates and I specifically asked for plates. The driver argued ith me, but I wasn’t in the mood to argue and have someone tell me I didn’t ask for plates. Moral of the story is RT is overpriced, has horrible customer service, and I forgot to mention the manger was supposed to call and never did from the 1st incident! So save yourself 40.00 bucks and go to Davino’s! better pizza, better value, and better customer service!

Maybe it’s bc I’m pregnant and I get annoyed easily especially when it comes to my food. I work across the street and I worked a shift were I was by myself so I couldn’t leave for lunch I decided to order just a small pesto flatbread pizza with a 2 liter soda they told me it would take up to an hour which sounded ridiculous but the guy in the phone was super nice so it was okay after about a half an hour I started to get a craving for the cinnamon twists so I called to add to the order it took them a bit to answer and finally when I got an answer the guy found my order and said he couldn’t add anything he needed a manger to help so he put me on hold I was on hold for a bit and at this point I’m getting annoyed bc I am working and can’t be on the phone for so long finally when I got an answer they told me my order wasn’t in system and asked for my name and phone number a few times finally they find it and tell me the driver already left and they couldn’t add anything to the order of there was anything else they could help me with… LMFAO well no shift the order left I was on hold for damn near 20 mins and I can’t put another order in bc it’s a 15.00 minimum even though I’m right across the street

Came here for my kid’s sports team meeting. — decently clean facilities? Yes. — ordering service? Quick & efficient(thx Felicia!). — wait time for my son’s pizza? Ridiculous! — realizing they gave our pizza to the wrong table? Saddening :( — watching a «team“mate’s parents(whom we hadn’t met yet), argue over whether to return the pizza that they KNEW wasn’t what they’d ordered? Hilarious! … & pathetic :( — seeing the husband take 2 slices from MYSON’S pizza, and enjoy himself while my boy was super hungry? Maddening! — witnessing the employee bring that family THEIR pizza, and then deliver my son HIS pizza(missing 2 slices)? Shocking! disgusting! — the level of trust I have for our new«team family»(we’re new to the team)? ZERO! The only saving grace for this visit was Felicia! She was friendly, kind, understanding, and ready to make things right. Needless to say, I didn’t allow my child to eat the pizza that had been picked over & handled by other patrons. I let Felicia know what had happened, and asked for a refund. She was as shocked as I was by that employee’s behavior, and apologized profusely while also offering a free pizza to-go. Probably won’t be back for awhile, but at least there’s a chance.

Besides the fact of previously being employed there, things really have changed. After the good manager Patricia left, this location really has gone down the drain. Low rating now due to the fact that, for some reason, night managers love to close the store early for deliveries. 3 times now I’ve had to be unhappy with not having a late night pizza, even though I know the drivers there and they know I always give a $ 5 tip even if it’s a $ 20 order. Wish Round Table corporate would look into this store and get a better manager. Not going to bad mouth the one there now but I’m sure a lot of the low star ratings on here have dealt with her personally

Of all the round tables this is by far the worst and I love myself some roundtable!!! My friend Matt lives in Martinez and has complained about this spot for years. I didn’t believe him until tonight. Pizza Is crap, service is worse, terrible customer service. They should pull the franchise from this location! Round table should be embarrassed. Who’s the owner of this location?!?

As chain-store pizza goes, Round Table Pizza is «usually» okay. In the past pizza was normally prepared correctly, you could usually rely on them for solid delivery, fair prices and the best deal in town was their All-You-Can-Eat family nights. Even our softball team(s) used to frequent these places regularly. Acceptable pizza, large dining area’s, good for being louder or placing larger orders, usually kept neat and clean, a good clean salad bar etc. etc. That is until recently. FIRST: Prices seem unusually outrageous: On last delivery order 1 small pizza, 1 personal pizza, 1 choc chip cookie, 1 slice cheesecake, 1 sm. salad = $ 40+, I took 2 canned soda’s off our order which would have been $ 50! WOW! We paid less for a recent sit-down meal with drinks and with a server! SECOND: The last 3 deliveries from here have taken 1.5 hrs on average. Each time we called, there was always an excuse or we were told«the driver just left, uh I think…», which just couldn’t possibly be true. They always say they are swamped with business(no matter what time), but never warn you upon ordering the wait could be that long. THIRD: Food arrived cold/luke warm, like it’d been sitting for awhile. FOURTH: Upon complaint to the manager she did finally dismiss our charges on #1 above(TY), but only when I told her to come pick up the food. Originally she asked«Well what did you want to do about it?» Then she said she could only give me a 15% discount or credit for next order for 15%. FOURTH: Last time we dined in, too many tables had not been bused, buffet food wasn’t stocked and the floor was in dire need of cleaning. Now in fairness, family-night does draw a crowd at times, but there were four workers, that we could see, and only 2 seemed to be working. We had to ask for fresh salad selections and they had to be asked to put out fresh pizza, other that the pepperoni selection, which seemed to irritate them. It’s really too bad. Our expectations are not high for this type of place. We just want good service, workers who do their jobs and a clean place to eat. We know cooking and prep take time, but they seem to have a serious problem, and from what I’ve read posted by my fellow Unilocalers, they too are experiencing the same problems that the owner or corporate needs to address. Hopefully one of them will read what people are posting. Not sure we will ever eat here again. :-( Thank you.

Poor customer service. There is like 6 people behind the register and no one greets us. Tables are dirty! ! The garlic twists came out uncooked. We sent them back and came out worse the 2nd time. This is absolutely the worst round table I have ever been to!!!

It’ not surprising to see this location averages 2 stars. The pizza was luke warm in less than a couple minutes out of the box and it’s definitely overpriced for what you get, especially compared to other pizza places.

We came for lunch, place was a mess, after our salads and soda my husband went to check on his small pizza. 30 minutes and they hadn’t made it. :( A guy did come out to clear empty tables but only got about half of them. The pizza was good when it finally came 47 minutes later.

I’ve been a Round Table fan most of my life but this location is just absolutely terrible. Slow delivery, inconsistent quality. Each of my last 3 orders have had something wrong with them. 45 minutes waiting for a personal pizza in a completely empty restaurant seems very extreme.

I like Round Table Pizza, but the in person service sucks, so I’ve been doing an occasional online order, and right at this moment I’m waiting for an online order that is now 30 minutes late, I just got off the phone with the place, Of course first they put me on hold for awhile and then the guy says«I’m bringing it right now, you know the times they give online aren’t accurate» !!! I started out at 2 stars but promising 50 minutes then I’m still waiting after and hour and 20, lowered it to 1 star

It’s Round Table. You either like the pizza or you don’t. I personally love it. That said, this location is the worst. I received two confirmations upon placing an online order, both telling me order received and it would be ready at 9:38pm. Arriving at 9:45pm, they were shocked when we asked for our order, and began looking frantically through piles of paper. Upon finding our order, we were told that although they did RECEIVE our order, no one had checked the printer so they did not PREPARE our order. Female manager began to make excuses, saying they were overwhelmed… at nearly 10pm, with no one else in the restaurant, no one coming in to pick up their order, and no pizzas in the oven. This location(nearest to us) lost a $ 50 sale… and our patronage.

So we’ve gone here twice before a movie. Both times it’s been subpar. This last visit though, we had a giant black hair on the bottom. I’m in the food industry. I get it. things happen. But to not offer us any compensation is unbelievable!

Four times, four times in a row I’ve ordered in advance and seen people order more than me, in store, and get their order before mine. How the hell… anyways, yeah, pizza tastes fine, but the wait usually kills it. No apology, no reimbursement, zip. I thought I’d write this hate-filled review instead of creating a scene in-store. So, don’t bother ordering in advance, and if you do, expect it to be 30 – 40 minutes late, even it’s a personal pizza. And even then by some miracle they finish it on time, you’ll never know exactly when it’ll be done. Luckily, they have a 2 person bench you can wait on all day. Thanks for ruining lunch again Round Table.
