Demekia Binion at Pamper Me Massage is super fantastic. She is very sweet, nice, professional, and a wonderful massage therapist. She listens to what I say & how I feel and gets to know her clients. I highly recommend Demekia at Pamper Me Massage.

Demekia is an excellent massage therapist. She always listens to my needs and focuses on my problem areas. I have been going to her for over a year now and have always left very relaxed! She is a joy to work with and offers wonderful deals!

Very difficult to schedule an appointment. They won’t let you call to schedule, so instead you have to send an email asking for specific times and then wait a while to hear back. Every time I have tried to schedule an appointment, they have just told me that they are booked for the next month and don’t recommend any appointment times. So frustrating! I’ve been trying to get in for an appointment since December. Also, if you buy a groupon make sure to read the fine print!

So after getting a Groupon for Christmas for a massage I was excited when I finally got to book it after reading great reviews from here. This was my first massage ever, and I’m a nurse with a bad back, so I REALLY needed this massage. After some hiccups with booking and getting in before my Groupon expired, I finally got an appointment for today.
After an exciting and stressful day of taking my 3 year old to swim class, running errands, and playing single mom, I was READY! I set my GPS with the address and set on the road. After looping around what seemed like all of Martinez (and turns out the correct building) for about 20 mins, I finally called for directions, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. After about 10 more minutes (15 mins after) I finally found the address, a business center with multiple suites (that I had actually been driving by). I circled around a couple more times before I finally found the Pamper Me door, because the sign on the door said «Bodyworks» with a small sign by the handle that says «Pamper Me».
Once inside, I was about 17 minutes late, but I figured I would just explain the situation and the fact that I had called to say I was late and ask for directions. I told her my name, that I had an appointment at 2, and apologized for being late. She stated that after 15 minutes she considered it a forfeit, because she couldn’t really do anything worthwhile with the rest of my time since I still had paperwork to do. I reiterated the fact that I was lost and tried to call, left a message, etc. She said she was on the phone with another client. I told her I had a Groupon. At no point did she offer to reschedule me, or give me other services in exchange for the $ 89 paid or anything. Basically there was nothing she could do, because I was 17 minutes late.
Nowhere on the website does it say «after 15 minutes your appointment will be forfeited,» and according to Groupon’s policy the company had to honor the amount purchased in services. Also, it says my Groupon has been redeemed, meaning she has been paid, and I got nothing for it.
Not at all a way to do business. She could easily have given me a 40 minute session or rescheduled. This will be disputed.

I had three appointments for a massage but never received any services. Two of my appointments were rescheduled by Demekia and on the third rescheduled appointment, she stood me up and hasn’t returned my call or email. I was very disappointed.

Demekia is an excellent massage therapist. She could tell so much about how I sit, stand, and sleep just from my muscles. She was thorough in the areas that needed the most attention, but she also didn’t just glaze over other areas. My entire body was relaxed when I left. The room was peaceful with instrumental music and ocean sounds. The massage table had a hidden warming pad that added to the relaxation factor. The lotions she used did not have over-​powering scents; the room was also not heavily scented.

I love this place! Damika is so good. She gets rid of pain my pain doctor can’t get rid of. She always has amazing specials going on. I am going here every other week now! Love love love!
