CCX Couriers

I just had the worst experience with this business. I had two separate conversations with Ana explaining the scope of work that CCX would be doing for me. Ana agreed so I overnighted my documents to CCX. I called and spoke with Ana once my docs were received and she said she would not record them for me due to covering upfront fees. I explained to her that all this was covered in our initial conversation and is the reason I sent her my docs. She completely denied ever having the conversation or that I made that clear.
Ana still charged me 105 +20 waiting fee for doing nothing. At one point she
meet at the local sheriff’s office.
In my opinion this company «Ana» is very unprofessional and can not follow simple instructions. I will never use CCX again nor do I recommend anyone else using them.
