I would say that China Buffet is a small step up from Chef King. The restaurant seems to be a little bit cleaner and more welcoming. Their food seems to be a little bit more fresh. Their Hot & Sour Soup is quite good for a buffet type restaurant. They have a good variety of foods to choose from. Their chicken with mushrooms is probably my favorite. If you are in a hurry and would like to eat Chinese, this is a good place.

The food here isn’t the absolute best I’ve ever had, but it’s not the worst. They have a decent selection each time I come here. I have a gluten intolerance and have found there are many items I’m able to eat with no problem which is great! The service is quick and friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is warm.

It’s very hit or miss for food. They don’t play music either, just a TV that plays infomercials non stop. Last time we went it was noticeable that one of younger waitresses had a cold and I witnessed her pick her nose. I lost my appetite pretty quickly.

After being closed for so long I was expecting an improved selection and quality. Sadly my bubble was popped. Over all most of the buffet options mediocre at best. The real downside was the re use of the salmon in some of the sushi. It was like tuna salad sushi but gone wrong. Also some of the dishes where either multi re heats or had been out most of the day. I do have hope that they will improve. The staff is kind and always welcoming so I hope they address the issues.
