Another antique store/​home décor store I came across in my search for furniture. It’s located in a small disheveled looking house right off of Main Street in Marshall, VA. I was advised by the lady who runs the Crest Hill Antique store in The Plains that I should check this place out.
Lots of nice offerings: furniture, antiques, mirrors, artwork and more. Unfortunately they did not have the corner tables or the style cupboard/​bookcase I am looking for.
They have a sign out indicating they are having a «moving sale.» I asked the lady where they are moving to. At some point in the near future — they are moving to Middleburg, VA. Probably a good move — they should get a lot more traffic to their shop by being located in Middleburg. Marshall comes across to me as being economically depressed (way before the current economic downturn started).
