Not a fan of the atmosphere here. This place used to be a nice small deli with decent food. Now it seems like they are trying too hard and do too much. The only things missing are the gas pumps, drive through, and car wash.

Perfect stop for a «snack» on a fall day. This place definitely has the feel of a gas station, but they have a wide variety of Middle Eastern, Central American, and American options. There is a smoker out front where they cook the pork and the beef. Incredible smell as you walk in! I would recommend this place for lunch, or a nice snack spot. I believe I briefly met the owner, very nice guy.

Found this place on Unilocal as we were seeking a quick bite to eat(but not a fast food place) during a nighttime road trip. Could not have been more pleased. Great food, great people. We’ll be back. The spiced meat rice dish was amazing, as was the pulled pork.

Absolutely amazing food– and you would never know it. As native southern Californians we know good Mexican food in the pork tacos were to die for. Tamales were also good. The best thing about this place though is the owner and his sons. So hospitable!

5 stars, hands down. This is the quintessential«hidden gem» foodie find. Tucked away in the back of a gas station-like convenience store, the owner is generous and abundantly welcoming. We had barely walked up before he started offering us samples — an amazing homemade pita(or pita-like bread?) in an even more amazingly seasoned oil… steak fries that will make you stop and reassess your life now that you’ve realized how wonderful the world is… baklava that is the perfect kiss of sweetness. I had the pulled pork sandwich, and more of those heavenly fries — everyone got something different and we were all more than happy with our meals. The owner even came outside(we ate at the nearby picnic table, on a somewhat unexpectedly brisk afternoon) and brought us rose tea to keep us warm(which also was delicious) as he tended to his giant smoker and told us jokes. We stopped here en route to Hollin Farms to pick apples… I only wish we lived closer! I can tell you for sure, Glascock’s is going to be a must-stop anytime we’re even closely in proximity.

We had ribs, a tamale, and the chicken dish with squash and mushrooms. All of it was good, but the ribs were great!

My husband had a sausage dog and I ate the chicken salad in pita. The food was good but the service is enough of a reason to stop. You will truly leave feeling happier after your interaction with the owner/employees. They were quick to offer you samples and to make sure you were pleased. Don’t miss out on this stop!

The tamales were fresh and amazing. Best in Virginia! Nice ethnic find in a place I’d least expect it.

A bit grungy and disorderly, with only one funky table, no menu, and some random items listed that they did not even have, I knew the food would be the star, because a bunch of people were here both times I passed by on I-66 to and from visiting the parental units. The only thing Middle Eastern about this place was the guy working the cash register, but the Latinos working the deli made some awesome tacos and tamales. I just moved from Oakland and San Francisco, and I will say these were muy auténtico. No gringo-esque lettuce tomato cheese and sour crème, just two tortillas, meat, cilantro and onion, with a side of salsa verde and a lime. Only $ 1.75 each, they were a steal. Very good taste, good portions, quick and friendly service. Why five stars? Because for what it is, it’s exactly what it should be. Some horchata would have been on point, though, but they had bottled teetotaler Sangria, so it was a-ok.

You wouldn’t think it by driving by but this place has an awesome deli. The food is fresh and tastes delicious. They have all kinds of sandwiches and really good fried chicken. I had the chicken and my friend had a steak and cheese. Both yummy! I was lucky to stumble on this place. Def stop by if you are in the area.
