My husband is an avid runner and has shopped here for a few years. He has been very pleased with the help they have given him and they got him fitted with GREAT shoes. I need to lose some weight and decided running could be the answer… first stop… get some shoes! Very friendly, and knowledgeable staff… they measured my feet, watched how I walked and came up with 3 different pairs of shoes for me to choose from. Reasonably priced shoes… now I feel like I am prepared to get in shape… thanks MOJO!

I really enjoy coming here for all my running shoes and running advice. The staff here are all runners, extremely friendly and knowledgable. They always take the time to talk to you about your running style, the races you are looking to run and what your preference is when fitting you for shoes. They also look at your ‘feet’(not in a creepy fetish way) to see if inserts would be recommended. I have only had an issue with one pair of sneakers I purchased and the staff went WELL above and beyond to ensure that the issue was rectified. I have only been running(well, it is more like a jog) for 2 ½ years, so lets just say I started later in life then most. I have never felt out of place here or felt like the staff looked ‘down’ on me. They are a truly welcoming bunch. The main thing here are sneakers. They have lots of running shoes for men and women that you won’t find at many big box stores. The prices are slightly higher than other box stores, but you are getting sneakers here for running that are not available in other places. They also have a small selection of running apparel and accessories(watches, gels, hats, gloves, socks, shoe inserts… etc). I recently purchased a Garmin watch based on the recommendation of one of the store employees(she uses the watch herself) and am more than satisfied with it. She asked me what I was looking to do with it and recommended the one she had instead of several other higher priced options. If you are a novice runner or not, I would definitely go here. There is no pressure and no ‘gym mentality’ when coming here. You will feel right at home.

I stopped by here a couple of weeks ago to go shopping for my second time in this shop. The first time that I was there no one else was in the shop and I was greeted warmly upon entering and had a pleasant running conversation with the employee. This past time there were two other sets of customers in the shop with one pair being fitted for shoes and another being helped and so I was not really noticed until I stepped up to the cash register which was honestly fine by me. The inside of this place is bigger than it looks from the outside and has a wall dedicated to shoes as well as a bunch of running clothing. Their shoe selection is pretty good with many different kinds of all the top brands although they only had a single pair of Altra’s the first time that I went. Since that is what I was looking for, I was a bit disappointed but decided to ask about 2 in 1 shorts since I was looking for a pair of blue ones. They only had a single pair and they were black but I ended up purchasing them anyways. Then this last time that I went to the shoe I was planning on purchasing some socks. They once again had some but they were not what I was looking for and so I decided to look for some compression socks. I only had a single choice that I did not care and so went around looking for something else. It should be noted that all of the items that I were lookiing for and they they did not have are not used by that many runners and they do have a decent selection of running gear. In the end, I purchased some knuckle lights. My only problem with purchasing them is that I actually paid $ 2 over the MSRP that was listed on the box. Of course I had some Mojo Money and a gift certificate which I wanted to get rid of so it wasn’t too big of a problem. The bottom line for me is that I will probably be back in the future but only whenever I have some gift certificates or need fitted for a new pair of shoes. They have a decent selection of shoes and clothing so they probably have what you are looking for but if you are looking for something more specific, I would check with them first or just order something online. I will say that I have seen MoJo sponsor many different races in the past couple of years giving out lots of MoJo money and also gift certificates for those that have placed. So they are an active supporter of charities as well as the running community and due to that I do want to see them succeed.
