This place sucks staff is rude and nasty act like there are doing you a favor. At 12:00 pm when the app was for10:30 I ask if I would be out by 1 I was told nasty that there is no way she can tell me. Maybe they need to start paying us for our time

This is by far the worst waiting time ever. If I can give NO stars, I would. First off, I’ve been here for 4 hours. Once they dilate you, it can wear off 2 – 4 hrs. And they would have to dilate you and you’ll have to wait again in order for the doctor to look at your eyes (unless you’re just seeing an optometrist). So now, my dilatation is off.
Other thing, some staff here is nice, and others, are not. The front desk is loud and not caring what they say to each other. «Shut up.» «No you shut up.» «Stop playing girl». So unprofessional. Some have an attitude problem.
If you gonna book at a certain time, don’t make your patient wait for 4 damn hours.
