Extremely friendly staff. Quite helpful. Burger was definitely good and the assortment of fries was very nice.

After a big afternoon of house hunting, I let Mom decide where she wanted to eat. Smashburger was first choice picked and I couldn’t disappoint her now.
There were just a couple of folks eating. The guy at the cashier was a perky kid. Place your order, they give you a table number and patiently wait for your burgers, which they actually came out pretty quick!
I’ve only had Smashburger once before. Last time I had the chicken sando with truffle mushroom swiss combination. This time around same combination but on a burger and it was again awesome. Really juicy burger and very well seasoned.
Any place that sells Stewart’s Root Beer gets an A on my books.

This was our first time at a Smashburger. We ordered online, and followed up with a phone call — to see if our order could be expedited. The person who answered the phone was courteous and pushed our order through for us. It was ready when my husband picked it up, and it was correct. I had the Avocado Ranch Black Bean Burger. Very good! I omitted the sauce — I’m not a sauce person. The burger was large, and everything on it was good — including the multi-​grain bun. My husband had the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger, which was also good — and not over cooked. My black bean burger was on the salty side but far from inedible. The sweet potato fries were also very good. We found the value to be reasonable, although my husband prefers Five Guys due to the variety of included toppings.

Not that good considering how competitive the burger market is now. This place is much closer to McDonald’s then Five Guy’s and twice the price as McDonald’s. Service was very nice though. Just don’t expect much from the product.

Pardon the language but they are Fn slow. 20 minute wait for a family of 6 to place their order in front of us. Maddening when staff are standing around behind the counter.

This was my first time at this new Smash Burger location or any Smash Burger. I have seen a few stores open up in the area a lunch time errand at the nearby TD bank on 70 gave me the opportunity to give them a try.
The store is in the newly revamped strip mall on Route 70 and Cropwell Roads. It should be a pretty good location given how busy the area is. The inside was nicer then I had anticipated. It was clean, open with tile floors and walls and industrial chic.
I went for the basic Classic Smash burger. This was a pretty basic burger with the usual suspects; Ketchup, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickles, American Cheese, an Egg bun and Smash Sauce. The bun was better then Five Guys or Bobby’s Burger Palace. The burger was made to order and tasty. They didn’t ask me how I wanted it cooked but it was cooked medium-​to medium well and that was fine. I wish I had opted for another cheese but when I started smelling the burgers grilling, my thought process hit the pause button. I ordered some sweet potato fries and these were excellent. Crispy on the outside and not overly salted. My wife had the grilled chicken with spinach and goat cheese and that was not bad either. This came on a multi grain bun and was definitely the healthier option. We shared a Hagen Daz strawberry shake which was pretty good, a little sweet for our liking.
Customer service at this location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was extremely clean. There were several other patrons having lunch so they appear to be doing well. They are almost directly next door to a McDonalds, I am not sure if that will help or hurt them.
A solid 3 stars for this Smash Burger and in this Unilocalers opinion a bit ahead on my burger scale the Five Guys. I would go back.

This smash burger is new, I had the Spicy Baja Burger and it was great! Bathroom are super cleans and staff was nice.

Got a big instead of regular size patty with fries which was a big mistake. Didn’t fill me up at all and wasn’t impressed with the size of their «big». On top of that between my burger and the soda my bill was $ 11. Sorry not worth the money here. Looking for better? Go to way back burger or five guys I recommend both over this place.

Stopped by grand opening week. The burger was very good. Moist and tasty. My daughter had the crispy chicken sandwich which she enjoyed as well. Onion rings, fries, and sweet potato fries were all good as well. Friendly counter service person. We will be back!
